My first time with these guys and all I can say is wow, I’m really impressed! Chris checked me in right away asked some really good questions to determine if they could help. He told me that they provide a money back guarantee. It was free to have the laptop diagnosed and they would give me answers within the same day. What great service! At first they thought they could repair my laptop, however at the very end they realize that the motherboard had failed. Since it would cost so much money to fix this 3 year old laptop they suggested I go ahead and just get a new one. My laptop was returned to me diagnosis complete and I didn’t have to pay a penny. I’m really impressed with their service and trustworthiness. I’m happy to recommend them will definitely be back the next time one of my electronics needs to be repaired.
