Southeast Auto Body

These guys were awesome. I had a window smashed on my Subaru and they found the part the next day and came to my house on a Saturday to repair it. Excellent service!

This is my 3^rd experience with ABRA/​Southeast Auto Body, and all three have been great. I truly cannot believe how great the customer service is… all staff members I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and accommodating. The shop is very busy (for a reason) and they do a great job of managing it, while also being honest with the time it will take to repair. I hope I won’t need them again anytime soon, but would recommend to anyone in need of repair no matter how minor or major.

Tried to schedule an estimate and they could not get me in for 3 weeks. This is not acceptable.

Highly recommend ABRA, formerly Southeast. They have the best customer service, especially from Mark Dunning, and geniunely care that you are satisfied. ABRA also texts you updates on the progress, which is a nice perk, and Mark called with updates. Enterprise picked me up (were there waiting on me) to get a car rental, and then they picked up the car from there when I was done. Making it very easy for this mommy! They made a very complicated situation extremely easy, and appear to work well with Farmers Insurance. They are scheduling quite a ways out now due to the hail damage in that area, however, I feel that it was worth my 2 month wait. The front desk person is exceptional, and most of the staff seem to have stayed on, despite the buy out. We have used them about 3 times for collision repair, and we will use them again in the future. Thank you ABRA!

Being in an accident isn’t fun (even if it is just a minor accident as the one that brought me to this shop). However, ABRA SE made the process of getting a repair as easy as possible. They coordinated with the other party’s insurance, arranged from the rental car, and handled the repair in a professional manner. While none of this is unique (or at least it shouldn’t be), it was all handled so seamlessly that I lost the least amount of productivity possible while getting the repair done.
On top of the great management of the repair, the work was done well. And a nice bonus — the detailed the car (for free) while it was in for repairs.
Overall, as well done as possible.

I have been rear-​ended twice and both times I have used Southeast Auto Body to repair the damage to my car. The staff is always, always courteous. They take their time to inspect my car and handle all the details I don’t want to.
My car has come back pre-​accident condition every time and looks like it has been detailed. I highly recommend SE Auto Body.

I first used SE AutoBody in 2004 when my car was rear-​ended. I didn’t think they could get it back to pre-​accident condition, but they did a stellar job and proved me wrong.
I recently used them again when my car was damaged by hail. First I was told they were scheduling out through October, then I was told there was someone there that day who could take a look at and possibly fix it over the weekend. They not only scheduled my rental car, fixed my car in less than two days, returned it to me as clean as when it was brand new, they also returned the rental for me, saving me a logistical nightmare!
As long as I live in Denver, I will not use anyone else for autobody repairs. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and willing to go out of their way to turn a not so pleasant experience into one. Thank you!

I bought my 2013 Mazda CX-​5 in March 2012 and was rear-​ended on I-​25 barely a month later. I brought it to Southeast Auto Body based on their reputation, their BBB rating, and the fact that they were a StateFarm preferred collision center. I also couldn’t find a single negative review about them online.
I dropped off my car at Southeast on the morning ³⁄₁₂ and was given a ride to the Hertz office by the front desk staff, as no rental cars were available on-​site. Props for their excellent customer service.
They disassembled it, ordered parts, and called me on ³⁄₁₈ to inform me that repairs were completed. I drove down there and inspected it. Although everything was correctly fitted and installed, the paint was not even close to matching. See for yourself:
— The left side of this picture is the hatchback, in the original color, and on the right is the painted piece. They tried to say it was different because it was a plastic part, and they attempted to point out that the door handles and front bumper were slightly different from the rest of the body as well. I didn’t see the difference, not like I did with their repair at least. The metallic pigment was way off — their argument stood no ground. I asked them to repaint it.
They disassembled it again and found that the bottom of the bumper cover hadn’t been painted anyway (!!!), so they ended up ordering yet another one. They mixed up a new batch of paint, sprayed test panels, and kept me informed of their progress. I was very hopeful that they would restore my CX-​5 to like-​new condition, being that they claim to be the masters of «invisible repair»…
I was called down on 4/​20, they admitted the repair wasn’t perfect, but they thought it was better. I inspected it in daylight and up-​close, and thought they did a great job. I signed it off and went on my way. Then, on the way home, I noticed the first problem. They got grease/​grime on the interior and hadn’t cleaned it:
After I got home, I noticed my bumper cover seemed to look a little lighter than the surrounding body panels, but didn’t think much of it. After the sun had set, I took another look at it, and am appalled at how badly they matched the colors:
Update ⁴⁄₂₅: State Farm inspected my vehicle and agreed that the paint did not match. They are allowing me to take it to another body shop to be repainted.
Update ⁵⁄₁₅: ABRA Auto Body in Parker repainted the bumper cover and got a perfect match to the rest of the vehicle. I don’t know why Southeast couldn’t do it, but ABRA got it right the first time.
