Unethical. Took tow job from myy emergency service provider. Sat for 1:40 min. Called emerg provider back. They checked. Sane woman, Diana, denied taking the order and would not roll a tow truck

I don’t have the luxury of having a car towed often… But I had the pleasure of finding this place, which may very well be the best, most customer service oriented, fairly priced and speedy tow service this side of the divide! If you are Unilocaling because you need a tow, I hope you see my review and decide on these guys. Didn’t have to deal with a ‘tow truck driver John’. He was knowledgeable and drove that beast of a truck like some sort of major league all star! Might want to check this dude for doping cause he crushed it. Ok ok, that last piece was totally dbaggy, but anyhow, great service. GET A HOOKER from these guys!

My insurance sent them out for my husband’s car when the clutch went out. They were supposed to be there in an hour. It was over an hour and a half before they got there. Our insurance paid for all of it except for 1 mile so we owed $ 5.00. The driver didn’t have change for a $ 20, they don’t take checks and they charged us an extra $ 3.52 for using a credit card! I have emailed them asking to fix this… how can you charge a customer extra for using a credit card when you don’t have any other way for them to pay? They never apologized for being late either. By the time the car was hooked up, we had paid and everything was taken care of, it was over 2 ½ hours later!

Anyone around the Aurora /​Highlands Ranch area should always use Plueco Towing!
My car’s alternator went out the other day in Aurora, they were referred to us, and the lady on the phone was so considerate, friendly, and nice. She was understanding of our financial problems and situations, as I’m sure we all are. They aren’t focused on making money, they are truly there to help you out as an individual.
Their customer service is at its peak and prime, and I mean no exaggeration there!
If you ever need anything towed, give them a call, really!

I called Plueco Towing to tow my 2 month old motorcycle. The tow truck took almost 2 hours to arrive. When they did they put my motorcycle on the flatbed truck. I rode with the driver and about 1 mile down the rode my bike goes down scratching the right side of my bike. I alert the driver and we pull over and he puts the bike back up. He says he thought it was in gear when it wasn’t. He re-​secures the bike. About two more miles, again the bike topples over this time causing more damage. The driver begs me not file a claim because he claims his company will fire him. He says he will take care of it himself. Reluctantly I gave him the opportunity to pay without the companies involvement mostly out of fear of retaliation since he has my address and he came off as very aggressive. I called him to pay a fraction of what the entire bill would be to restore to original. Long story short, he stiffed me.
