Showed up on time for an estimate I called Derrick, owner, to coordinate an appointment because I am out of town a lot and my husband works in Colorado Springs… Derrik DIDN’T SHOW UP OR CALL. I see it as poor customer service and cowardly to confront me and be honest and say you don’t have time for our job, found a better paying job, or I’m the last job your going to do. VERY RUDE BEHAIVOR, ESPECIALLY WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS WAITING FOR THEM UNTIL I FLEW IN TOWN AND HE HAD TO GET TO THE WILDFIRES IN THE SPRINGS Classless!
