Mike Ward Infiniti

I purchased a hard-​to-​find BMW 540i 6-​Speed from Chad McCaffrey at Mike Ward Infiniti on 1÷16÷16. I worked with Chad for about a week and a half to coordinate a cross country purchase and return drive. I must say that Chad and the rest of the management staff at Mike Ward went way above my expectations to make sure I had a good purchasing experience. As they were not 100% familiar with this make, they actually worked with a BMW specialist to make sure the car was in appropriate shape to make a cross country drive (keep in mind that the car only existed to me on the Internet at this point). Chad cared enough to bring the car to the specialist himself. By the time I flew into Denver, all I had to do was write a check, sign some papers, and drive away in my pristine example of a beautifully clean and mechanically sound car. I spent years searching for a car with these features, in this condition, and Chad and team made it a wonderful buying experience. I am happy to say that I made a drama free return trip home with complete confidence in a 14-​year-​old BMW (now THAT is rare). I highly recommend working with Chad at Mike Ward on your next Infiniti and/​or used car purchase!

This review is for Mike Ward Maserati. I was very impressed with the service I received. I was offered the option of ordering something if I didn’t like something that was already in stock and I would only have needed to put $ 5,000 down to reserve the car. For a small dealer, the stock was very nice and they have had more come in recently it looks like. My father ended up purchasing me another car so I didn’t get a car here, but when it comes time that I want to make my move on a new Maserati, I will absolutely go back here. Awesome experience.

This is our 4^th infiniti and Antonio Aguilar exceeded our expectations. He responded quickly to my initial email inquiry and assisted us in finalizing our choice in vehicle. This was such an easy buying process that I highly recommend Antonio and Mike Ward Infiniti.

I am so glad I purchased a car from Robert at Mike Ward Infiniti. They gave me a terrific deal ($ 17,000 under MSRP) on a 2014 Infiniti q60 Hardtop convertible. Robert was friendly, low pressure, and helpful throughout the process. He, along with Robert (in service) even assisted me in getting my car fixed for free when I discovered a dashboard rattle a few days later and a few small paint chips on the hood. They loaned me an AWD 2015 Q50 while my car was undergoing repairs. The car went to body shop who fixed the paint chips perfectly. Car looks SWEET! Picked up the car to discover a windscreen surprise gift ($ 500) in the back seat. I’m so happy and will be a loyal Mike Ward Infiniti customer for life. We had a fantastic experience at Mike Ward Infiniti! Mike and Antonio were great to work with. They were upfront with everything. They did not run high pressure sales tactics. They provided excellent customer service and made us feel at home. My biggest beef with buying a car is losing a whole day of my life sitting in waiting rooms. Once we came to an agreement they drew up the paperwork and we were out in an hour. My kind of car buying experience. We will tell all our friends and be back soon, thanks guys!

Worked with Bob Marnick recently to lease a new Infiniti Q50 and it was a great experience. Being in sales myself, and having been in the car business a while as well, I certainly appreciated the professionalism and courtesy showed to me by the entire dealership. A substantially different experience than any other car buying experience that I’ve had. Bob was up front, honest, understanding, and didn’t play the usual dealership games. When my current lease is up, I am looking forward to coming back for a 2017!

Really was not high pressure. Very flexible prices and state if the art facility. Much happier here than the other defeat shop we went to!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We drove from out of state to purchase a used Infiniti QX56 and could not be happier that we did. We dealt with Chad McCaffrey beforehand who handled the online sale beautifully. He was quick to respond, extremely friendly, and most importantly HONEST. He cut right to the chase with a fair price, was completely open about some pre-​existing (very minor) cosmetic damage on the vehicle, immediately offered to have everything fixed, addressed every concern we had before coming out, then when we arrived, made every accommodation to make the vehicle EXACTLY what we wanted before driving it off the lot. I mean it was perfect. We felt like we drove away with a brand new vehicle, even though it had been pre-​owned. The most impressive thing about our experience here is that they self-​diagnosed issues and went right to work fixing them before we even had a chance to know something was wrong or ask if they would cover the work. AMAZING! This dealership, and especially Chad, bent over backwards to make us happy. You can guarantee we will be back next time we need to purchase a vehicle. My husband is now in the market for a truck and commented after our experience here that he wished Infiniti sold trucks so he could buy from this dealership again.

Count me as an extremely pleased Mike Ward Infiniti customer. Nearly everything in my recent purchase of a G37x was flawless, and the few minor hiccups were handled with aplomb.
I’m generally not a buy-​from-​the-​dealership guy, preferring to roll the dice in the private party used car market over dealing with overzealous sales-​folk. But I found the right combination of color, trim, condition, and mileage that I was looking for in Mike Ward’s pre-​owned inventory, so I ventured in for a test-​drive after work.
About three hours later I was rolling home in the new-​to-​me vehicle, and I’ve been satisfied ever since. A minor service follow up was also handled nicely, including a (near-​new) loaner vehicle offered at no charge.
Particular kudos to sales-​guy Marvin, who knew was on his game even though he hadn’t been at MW for very long (he will be, though, if he takes care of all his customers so well).

I bought a G37 at Mike Ward back in February and had a great experience. It was my first ever big purchase and they made the car buying process very smooth. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Tom Von Bank is the sales rep I worked with and he was awesome. They had to order me an extra key because they were on backorder, but I wasn’t in Denver to pick it up, so Tom had it overnighted to a dealer in Utah and on his day off handled all communications with the UT dealer in order for me to pick up my key and get it programmed. Tom has reached out once since then just to check and make sure everything is going ok etc. I would definitely recommend purchasing or having your car serviced at Mike Ward. I had nothing but good experiences.

We bought a BMW 550I from this dealer. We are out of state and asked for detailed pictures and they assured us that the car was in excellent shape. That is the only ones they buy they said. Jason the used car manager is rude and should not be trusted as you will read in other reviews! Jason spoke so rudely to my wife she refused to speak to him anymore. This was prior to even receiving the car. This guy is a complete jerk! Just no reason to act like this in business. I emailed and called Mike Ward and of coarse no return call or email! Peter the only one there at a car dealership that can read what excellent condition means on
. I would say it is industry standard!
Well u can guess what happen. The car showed up with scratches and even a dent! Then all 4 wheels had been curbed! I had the salesman look at the rear tires and he mentioned nothing after going over condition with him! They clearly misrepresented the car at Peter has agreed to repair the items after Jason told me tough u bought a used car. It had 18k miles on it!
We wired paid via wire about a month ago and are still waiting on title! I would run from this type of deal. And far from the people besides Peter who has a chance to make it Better but not right! We will see!
I also bought another car out of state 2 weeks prior and all went smooth. I have my title and am very happy!

My wife and I had been searching for a GMC Yukon XL Denali for 4 weeks. We finally found it at Mike Ward’s Infinity dealership. We had a great experience! From the moment we walked into the dealership, to the test drive and negotiations with Alexis J, and even Mike walked into the office where we were negotiating to say Hi and introduce himself.
There were a few things that needed to be done to the SUV before we could take it home so the dealership lent us a new Infiniti SUV not a broken down loaner, for a few days to use. All I can say is it’s a total class operation and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mike Ward Infiniti anytime.

I’ve been searching for a 2010 F-​150 Harley Davidson model truck for a couple of weeks and came across a vehicle being offered by Mike Ward Infiniti in Littleton, CO. I live in Scottsdale, AZ so of course I had many questions that had to be answered before I decided to buy. However, let me start from the beginning. I placed an internet query about the vehicle I saw advertised on
. Chad McCaffrey responded the next day to my inquiry by calling me. It was gratifying to see a dealer respond so quickly. I was up-​front with Chad, telling him I already was sure to purchase a vehicle from a dealership in Oregon, that I got inspected by Carfax, which gave every inspected area of the vehicle an «Excellent», and it had about 200 few miles on it. It was also fully, $ 2,500 less than the vehicle offered by Mike Ward Infiniti.
So why did I change my mind and purchase from Mike Ward Infiniti? Principally because of Chad’s pleasant persistence, the concessions offered, the quick attention given to all my request for information and pictures of the truck, and the involvement of the Sales Manager, Micah Lewis. Micah listened to my discussions and desire to buy the vehicle in Oregon, then politely asked, (paraphrased) «…well, if we can meet your needs, do we have a shot at earning your business?» We’ve all heard that line before, but Micah came across in a sincere manner, and he earned my tentative, yet skeptical trust. I was equally sincere in my interest in the truck he had for sale, but insistent that the price I wanted to pay was fixed. The truck I placed a deposit on was $ 35,500. Mike Ward’s truck was offered at $ 38,000, both vehicles were very low miles with about 18,000 miles on them and are high-​demand trucks. I required a lot of info on the truck and pictures. Chad immediately provide a bunch of cell-​phone pic’s, but Micah had his staff jump-​to-​it and produced in excess of 35 excellent photo’s and was completely up-​front about any defects found. Still, my number was fixed and I required a Carfax inspection before I would consider buying the their vehicle — which, again, they agreed to. Furthermore — I also had to have the other dealership in Oregon to agree to return my sizeable ($ 2,500) deposit. If the Oregon dealership declined, I would be locked into the Oregon vehicle. Micah and Chad politely persisted and accepted my need to retrieve my deposit, while at the same time providing all the info and photo’s I needed to feel comfortable. So, what I’m saying here is… even though the chances of selling me their F-​150 was low, they still worked very hard to give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. So… Customer service… and Quality of Work (information and photo’s provided) is/​was… EXCELLENT.
Although everything up to this point was great, what made the deal work was Micah lowering the price to $ 36,100, but it included 4 brand new factory OEM Pirelli Scorpion tires. I’m talking brand new, with zero miles on them! OK, so $ 600 more, but new tires valued at $ 1,300. My only reservation was getting my deposit back from Oregon, which, to the Oregon dealership’s credit — they did. So, the deal was on, just had to get a good Carfax inspection report. This vehicle too, turned out to be Excellent in all areas inspected. So… price was very good, a bit more than what I wanted to pay, but within reason, given the condition, rarity and demand for this vehicle.
But, Mike Ward Infiniti’s work was not done, they were quick to tie-​up loose ends and get the vehicle to me fast. There was paperwork to be completed and transportation of the vehicle to be arranged so I could put hands-​on my new truck. Again, in both areas, Micah and Chad excelled. The paperwork was immediately over-​knighted with return FedEx envelope to me, and the arrangements for transportation proceeded. The price of transportation was actually less than half the price I had been quoted on-​line, from other carriers, so this dealership came-​through here too. Micah and Chad made sure that I got my vehicle as soon as humanly possible. They both followed-​up with me to keep me informed and comfortable about all the arrangements. The deal closed on Wednesday, had my vehicle on Saturday! Outstanding!
This is a long review, but Micah Lewis and Chad McCaffrey worked hard for me even though they were not sure they’d get the sale, yes, that’s their job, but still a good review is warranted and they deserve my time. I hope this is helpful. I hope any reader has an equally pleasant experience. Overall experience with Mike Ward Infiniti was OUTSTANDING!

We leased an Infiniti through Mike Ward in August, 2012. Overall the leasing experience was good and all the people we have worked with at Mike Ward have been great.
However, I will never lease another vehicle through them. We signed a 2 year lease and starting one year into the lease term I started receiving calls from warranty companies (multiple companies, several times a month) wanting to sell me an extended warranty on the 2012 Infiniti. First, it’s a 2 year lease with a 3 year warranty — who would want to pay for an extended warranty on a car they won’t have? Second, these people are calling me on my direct line at work. The ONLY place they could have gotten this number was from Mike Ward directly.
This incredibly poor business practice is the only reason we will seek out a different dealership when it’s time to turn in this car and lease another Infiniti.

Bought a great car there 4 years ago and I have all the service done on it there. Arend Machenko in the service department once sent a driver from Denver to Craig Colorado to help me when a security lug nut wrench wasn’t in the car when I had a flat tire. Rance in sales didn’t even sell me my car but whenever I need help figuring how to work stuff, here’s there for me. They actually care AND they know what they’re doing. Best car deal experience I’ve ever had and it’s going on 4+ years now.

I am beyond disappointed with the level of service at Mike Ward! I bought my Infinity brand new from this dealership. I did not put many miles on the car, as I worked at home for a few years. At 40,000 miles, my car started having an issue where it cannot drive for more than an hour at a time! I have to turn off the car, wait an hour and restart it. I have been stuck in snow storms even.
I have now taken it to the dealership 7 times over a 1.5 year period. They can’t fix it and have been rude in the process… even telling me it was my fault, or I must have bought the car used elsewhere (hello…check your records!). I would take it somewhere else to be fixed, but I have already sunk thousands of dollars into this dealership. They will not give me a good deal on another car, nor will they extend the repair warranty, nor will they give me my money back for the repairs. I can’t believe that a vehicle with 40,000 miles from Infiniti is this bad and that the customer service is not MUCH better. Awful.

Overall, happy with our buying experience at Mike Ward. CJ is a low key and unassuming salesperson which we like. I’ve not closed on a car at a dealership inside of 2 hours like we did here, but it happened. We were presented some «extras» in finance but not pressured. Josh seems like a nice, straight shooter. That’s all a nice change.
Had to do the price dance with CJ and the GM which is just part of the game. They came down, I came up, but I think we got a fair deal considering a 2014 vehicle that just came out. Did I leave any on the table? No question, but I hope karma prevails and they’ll subsequently take care of us in the future with good service and the next Infiniti sale if this model treats us right. Minus 1 star because I did have to do so much negotiating to be at a happy place, but again I know it’s «the game».
If I had to complain, we have greasy finger spots on the interior fabric from delivery, but I’ll work on that.

The dash on my 2005 Infiniti FX35 was finally starting to bubble. The dash on my vehicle was part of a recall so my husband get everything setup to have it replaced. I was given a G37x to drive for the day, which was a fun change of pace from my usual daily driver. The dash in my car was replaced and it looks great.
I have two issues:
1. My iPod hookup is no longer working but I have a feeling that if I say anything I will receive the «Its an after market product that you chose to have installed in the vehicle and we are not responsible for blah, blah, blah…» so I am going to take my car to CarToys (where it was originally installed) in Littleton to have that fixed.
2. The dealership did me the favor of ‘washing’ my car. Honestly, it was cleaner when I dropped it off. There are hard water spots all over my car, my chrome wheels are covered with them, my windshield is totally spotted up, I hate to say it but have you never heard of a spot free rinse?!? It is also quite obvious that they didn’t clean the inside of the windshield because their finger prints and knuckle prints are all over the place inside the glass from installing the new dash.
So, what I went in for was accomplished but it created more work for me on the back end…

Too bad zero stars is not an option… called the parts department to find the most common O2 sensor Nissan/​Infiniti uses. This exact sensor is used in a wide range of their cars, and Nissan’s cars… the man on the telephone is very polite.
1. Almost beyond all human ken, they don’t have one.
Q: How are they doing service work?
2. They quote me $ 258.00 for the item and a five day wait for getting one shipped.
That’s UNINSTALLED people.
3. I call NAPA on 224. They have many of the desired O2 sensors.
I get the exact item (OEM NTK sensor) for $ 123.00 with taxes.
Even Red Noland doesn’t have a pair that big and they are notorious.
Avoid service and parts at this place unless you like getting hit for more than a 100% markup.
