I was very disappointed with my experience at Learning Express this morning. I had purchased a present for a birthday party, as I normally do there, and asked for the present to be wrapped. You would have thought I had asked the cashier lady for all the money in the register because she gave me a look like I was crazy, and proceeded to angrily wrap my present. She even made a snarky remark to the other register person. I was shocked because I normally have a great experience and the owner is normally there. The store wasn’t even busy, so I’m not sure what the problem was. Hope the employee has a much better day, and I will not be returning for some time.

Adorable little store! Quite the selection of toys for a wide range of ages and the very friendly employee gave me a pretty cool list of their events they have. We will definitely be stopping by again.

I happened to walk by this store the day they opened. I was so pleased with the initial customer service I received that I have been back numerous times. The selections are unique and educational. Most of them you won’t find in the big chain stores. What I love most about this store is you can try almost any toy before buying it. My kids love picking birthday gofts frim here as they know it’s a unique and fun gift.
