My four year old daughter usually enjoys playing dress up and spending time here. The staff are friendly and it smells like bleach (which I happen to like, because that means they actually clean their toys!!!). The only cons are the overpriced food and parking. That being said, you can always bring your own food for the kids if price is an issue.

Absolutely amazing!!! Love, love, love these ladies!!! All of them are phoneminal. I have been blown away with how much they care and live on my son. I’ve been going here for 3 years and the same ladies that my son first started with are there. Trust me — I am super picky about who I would let care for my son and I would prefer them over any babysitter. My son asks to go! Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been using KidsTown in HR for over a year. We have two boys, under age 5. The boys love going and playing with friends. We feel very comfortable leaving them there for a few hours to run errands, go on a date night or work. I tell all of my mom friends about them!

My twins are 3 years old now and we have been using Kids Town in HR for more than two years. It makes me feel great every time we use Kids Town to see my kids eager and excited to check in. The place is always clean. Even though we are on a first name basis with a couple of the ladies that have seen our kids go from infants to toddlers, they still ask for ID when we pick the kids up… I really appreciate their focus on security and cleanliness! But most of all, I appreciate that my kids both love their time there.

Requested information on their employee policy. Things like how they screen caretakers, what policies they have on ensuring there is at least more than 1 adult present at all times, etc. Never heard a word back. Also don’t see anything on their website that relates to this. Am sure they are super nice, just concerned they don’t have these policies ready to hand out. (They have responded to another question I’ve sent via email, so I’m sure they’ve received my email).

So I had a really good review of this place before, but then they got bought, my boys hated it, and we have not gone bad. They started to focus on really small kids, moved and made it way smaller, and now I am NOT a fan. We used to use this place a lot, thank goodness I have found sitters.
