Tired of this location being so inconsistent. We are on a protein diet and usually 5 guys is a great quick meal. Half the time the bacon is burnt the other half it is good. Tonight we ordered 5 cheeseburgers and 1 little cheese burger for my mother in law. They managed to screw up the number of patty’s. it even states how many on the kitchen printer. Just tired of paying good money for bad results. OVERIT!

They always get our to go order wrong. We have tried many times and they never get it right. Check your order before leaving the place!

Holy moly… My boss bought me five guys for lunch. I’ve never had it before and didn’t know I was in for such a treat! The best mouth watering burg I’ve ever had in such a long time. All their ingredients are fresh and the portions are large. I was wondering why 1 burg was going for $ 7.50 but now I now. Well worth it. Even the cheese was super cheesy goodness melted on top of my grade a beef patty with fresh and crisp veggies to top it. Oozing with flavor and satisfying my cravings. This burger ruined me though– I have five guys burgers dancing in my head calling for me to come take a bite out of them. The scary part is that they are 4 min away from my work. Why didn’t I discover this place a long time ago. Maybe the name turned me off. Their fries are good to. They write on a dry erase board and let you know where the potatoes came from and they always buy local. Absolutely love this place. Total satisfaction !!

I really don’t understand the love of Five Guys, especially when it comes to this location. The burgers are greasy(and not in a good way), the fries aren’t anything to write home about, and the service is mediocre at best.

Nice large, clean, friendly Five Guys. The burgers and fries are fresh and the milkshakes are rich and creamy! Can’t go wrong. My only complaint is the price, but I love the food so I will be back!

The burgers are great, especially with bacon! Fries aren’t bad either, but I’d rather go elsewhere if I’m going to be spending $ 15 on a meal.(Burger, drink, fries)

The perfect five-dollar burger. Peanuts to snack on. Now there are milkshakes! What more could you ask for? The fries are great though I usually pass on them. Great for lunch and relatively late-night dinner.

Reliable and tasty burger with hand cut fries, not to mention the excellent customer service at this five guys location

The burger is not that great. Every time I have gone there, it seems that patties are either pre-made or kept out in the open for so long that by the time you get your burger, it’s a lukewarm patty that is served to you. And there is no taste to it either. The only saving grace is their fries and that too I have to especially ask them to make them extra crispy. Please note that the staff that works at this location is very warm and friendly, it just seems that the Five Guys process is bad which causes the delay in time from grill to the customers plate and therefore the room temperature kind of patty being served to you…

Juicy patties, $ 6 double burgers and lots and lots of fries are what distinguish this place. Other things I like are a variety of free toppings and free peanuts in the Shell. Severe allergy sufferers take note the nuts are sitting in boxes as you walk in. Probably lots of nut dust planning on killing you instantly. They make a big deal about their fresh potatoes but I honestly can’t see the impact as the fries are good but not great. Maybe all that frying renders the freshness moot.

The only time I went here I ordered a burger medium. I was told thst they only cook them well done. Since I was hungry, I accepted this. Needless to say I will never go to any 5 Guys restaurant again.

Five Guys is better than In and Out although more expensive and the fries aren’t as good. I like Five Guys burgers. Drippy, meaty and large. Even the small burger is huge.

Good food but prices have really gone up since they started out. It seems to be hurting business as its lunch hour with only three employees because there isn’t a lot of traffic in here. When you raise prices 20−40%, that’s what happens.

Five guys is an amazing place to go for a delish burger and fries. Sometimes a guy just craves some grease and places like Wendy’s or Burger King doesn’t cut it. They use fresh meat and homemade fries. I suggest getting the Cajun fries, they are so bomb! On top of it all, it seems like they know their regulars by name which tells me they care about their customer base.

I’m a huge biased five guys fan. I get a double burger fix with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, jalapeños, garlic, lettuce tomato protein style and I’m good to go. Fries are the bomb too especially with Cajun spice. If they did milkshakes that would be awesome. It doesn’t really matter which five guys I go to. It seems everyone is happy and has a good attitude — that’s good business.

I really don’t understand all the hate for Five Guys, but maybe it’s because of the popularity. How can you hate a place that screams, «FIVEGUYS!» when you enter. Let’s talk about food, though. Five Guys is known for having fresh ingredients and varying prices based on the cost of food. Fine. Does it hold up? Yeah! Sure, the menu is simple, but the burgers are always cooked to perfection and the ingredients are very fresh. Want a simple great burger every time at a price that’s right? Five Guys is for you. Want a burger with a thousand extra calories and taste? Then this place isn’t for you and you should probably go to Crave Burger or something. Verdict: worth it.

Five guys is good, but not great. I like how many options they have to top your burger and the patties are tasty and juicy. I love the free peanuts and the side of fries is enough to feed 2 – 3. I also get a kick of the board that shows you where the potatoes for the day came from as it is usually a small town in Idaho that I have driven through in my college days. The reason for the three star review is that the burger overall just doesn’t compare to similar places like Lark Burger or Smash Burger. The buns don’t stand up well if you get a lot of toppings. Also, I feel like this place needs to have milk shakes to really be complete and a true competitor to similar companies.

I am always looking for a good burger and I love trying new places. I continue to find Five Guys at the top of my list. I order the same thing everything; cheese burger, lettuce wrap with tomatoes, jalapeños, mustard, onion and pickles. Works for me, luv the crunch and the spice.

To be clear, it’s not a 5-star restaurant. It’s 5-stars in it’s fighting weight. I don’t know what the term is — it’s not fast food and it’s not a sit-down burger joint, it’s somewhere in between. Everything is freshly made to order, however it only takes about four minutes from order to food-in-hand. Just enough time to get your drink(there’s about 20 soda and tea choices), grab some free peanuts and check your phone. I tend to order the same thing here — a cheeseburger with a small cajun fry. It’s enough for a meal and then a snack the next day. The small fries are about 5 times the size of fast-food chains and the cheeseburger is actually two patties and all the toppings you can handle. If’ you haven’t tried the cajun fries then you’re not being very nice to yourself. The burgers are not greasy as some other people have said, it’s just that they don’t cook to crap out of the burgers so there’s some residual fat left and it makes it juicy like they should be. The veggies are easily the freshest you’ll find, especially the thick cut pickles. I love the energy in this place. I always get a genuinely warm welcome and the manager on duty usually comes around to chat for a second and see if everything is okay. The price is a bit high, but you get what you pay for. It’s very large(the manager said it was one of the largest they have) so you’ll have no problem finding a seat. They have lots of high tops and regular tables.

Now that my wife has to avoid both gluten and soy, I appreciate Five Guys even more. They’ll switch your bun to a lettuce wrap for no charge, and they take the allergy issue seriously. Plus, their fries are cooked in peanut oil rather than soybean oil, so we can even have those. Heck yeah! I’ve personally discovered that I like the lettuce wrap option even more than the bun, but maybe I’m weird.
