A beautiful salon and very considerate staff that really went out of their way to make the experience special. I will happily return in the future.

Bought a groupon for Jen, so this is a two-​part review. 2 stars for the salon — it’s hard to find, and the check-​in was confusing and rushed. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time, and checked in with the gal at the reception stand. She said she would let Jen know I was there. I noticed other people waiting with drinks (wine, etc) and a complimentary drink menu, but I wasn’t offered anything. The place was a madhouse, so despite waiting 30 minutes (I figured Jen was running behind), I was patient. 30 min after my appointment, a different receptionist came up to me to get my name, and then berated me because I was «thirty minutes late.» Ummmm no I wasn’t. Fortunately Jen was able to squeeze me in, and although my haircut seemed rushed, she did a great job. 4 stars for Jen makes an average rating of 3 stars.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon thanks to Sopharie. She is definitely a hair color expert and knows exactly what to do in order for your hair to turn out the way you want it. She also listens to what you and is so friendly. She’s my new stylist! I highly suggest seeing her.

I’m here visiting from New York for my little sister’s graduation. I desperately needed my haircut and ended up here because I found a deal on Groupon and she could take me right away.
First of all, the salon itself is really nice. It’s got a great, chill vibe. As soon as I arrived I was offered a complimentary beverage, and I really didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and seemed like they know their stuff.
Leanne was amazing! She was friendly and personable. A lot of times I get uncomfortable with what feels like forced conversations with whoever is doing my hair. I’d generally prefer to just not talk. But she was super easy to talk to and made the experience enjoyable, rather than just something I had to do to look presentable.
Now down to the important stuff. She is good at what she does. Working with hair is an art for her, not a job. My hair has always been difficult to deal with and most stylist don’t take my individual head of hair into consideration. Leanne literally got to know my hair. She knew what I wanted, what would look good, and how to make it work with my weird waves and cowlicks.
As someone who knows very little about how to care for my own hair, and who is pretty lazy about it when it comes down to it, she gave me styling tips and made sure my style was low maintenance.
Seeing as my family lives out here, I’m in the area a couple of times a year, I will intentionally save my haircuts for those trips because FINALLY someone can deal with my hair!
I used to dread going to get my hair cut. But this was actually an enjoyable experience. I will be back here. Thanks, Leanne!

This review is regarding the false advertisement for the current stylist Tiffany. All the past reviews for Tiffany are for a different Tiffany that I have been seeing for years, she actually works in the same area at Salon on Parkway. I just wanted to share this because the reviews are for someone that doesn’t work there anymore and is an amazing stylist and I hate that someone is taking credit for her work! She does extensions and all other hair care over at the other salon!
So don’t be fooled thinking you’ve seen the right Tiffany based off those reviews!

I just moved to Highlands Ranch and was looking for someone to cut my hair. I went to get my hair trimmed by Andrea Richards when she did a sale on Groupon, and she did a great job! She cut my hair just the way I told her. I felt safe in her hands and she was fun to talk with. I can’t wait to go back and get another trim.

Alright Cashmere. I gave you more than enough chances.
When I arrived for my first appointment, the stylist was behind. She was apologetic but an hour, yes an hour late, to even get started. She was so clearly stressed that I should have rescheduled, but I really needed my hair cut so I proceeded. This was a mistake, because she was so distracted and rushed that my hair was not well cut at all. So next time I chose a different stylist.
This time Jen was awesome and did a great job cutting my hair. Today I had another appointment with Jen. I arrived at the appointment on time, but the snotty little witch at the front desk didn’t let her know I was there for 25 minutes. Then she accuses me of being late, and tells me we will have to cut things short because she has another customer coming in five minutes. Well, no. I’ve been burned by the rush haircut before. Neither time was I late so this was not my fault, and I’m not going to pay good money for a bad haircut and halfway service. Nobody offered me any complimentary beverages either while I waited. Just an aside, I always tip more than 20% also, so there is no reason for them to treat me like this.
So fine. I guess cashmere wants the beautiful people and I’m not one of those. I won’t be back ever. Too bad you’re busy enough not to need my business.

Had an exceptionally awesome pedicure by Wanda! She took her time and also gave me a leg/​foot scrub and a massage with a jojoba oil that smelled really great and left my legs feeling smooth.
My toenails look fantastic. She matched the color perfectly to the previous shellac manicure she did about two weeks ago – which they still look like they were done just yesterday.
The front desk staff are very friendly and got to meet the owner, Stan, who is very pleasant and helpful.
This is my go to place now for manicures and pedicures by Wanda!

The owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful! The hair stylists are nice but it is cancelled out by the nasty owner who helps people at the front. She has no customer service skills.

I have been going to see Nuk and she had been cutting my hair for a couple of months. I returned to get a trim and a highlight and it met with unfortunate results including over processing and then her cutting my hair uneveningly and leaving clumps missing. Rather than being a professional hairdresser and telling me what had happened during the coloring process, she proceeded to chop my hair off and leave it completely blonde. This was the worst haircut I have ever had! I had to go to Great Clips to have them fix it. The hairdresser there said that Nuk had burnt my hair and left clumps missing. NEVER GO GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!

I have been going to Patrick for the last 3.5 years and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends and family. The first time that I went to him it was to fix a highlight job that another stylist had thoroughly botched, and I have been going to him ever sense. I have been so happy with him that I have been willing to not only follow him to his new salon, Cashmere, but I also was willing to drive 4 hours from Alamosa Co to have him do my hair.
I get bored with my hair quite easily so I am constantly changing what I am doing with my hair. Patrick is always able to do something new and interesting that I like, which has not been the case in the past. Since going to him I have had my hair short, long, layered, I have had high lights, low lights, I have gone to various versions of red and black, I have done keratin treatments and feather hair extensions, ect. I have always been very pleased with the outcome.
Additionally, he has always been very nice and fun to talk to while I am there. This is something that I truly appreciate because there is little that is worse than going to a hair appointment and sitting there for an hour+ and talking to someone who is boring. He gives me honest feedback, as do the other stylists that work there.

Each time I have been there I have had various people, including the owner, offer to get me a drink which could be anything from a glass of wine to a hot cup of coffee or tea. I have been able to have my eye brows waxed on numerous occasions while my hair is processing even when I have not had an appointment. Everyone has always been incredibly professional and easy to work with. The salon is a little difficult to find due to the layout of the complex that it is in but once you find it the first time you know where it is.

I happened upon Cashmere Salon by a WeeklyPlus deal of $ 19 for an anti-​aging facial. Based on the previous reviews, I wasn’t really sure what to expect of the salon, but the deal was too good to pass up! I scheduled an appointment with Daniela and headed out to Highlands Ranch.
As soon as I walked in, my fears were put to ease. The salon is beautiful and offers a wide variety of services including massage, facials, hair cut/​highlights/​color/​extensions, waxing, fat reduction services, skin tag removal, teeth whitening, etc. I arrived a bit early for my appointment, so the lady who checked me in offered me a complimentary beverage which included wine, beer, soda, etc. Complimentary wine? Yes, please!
I was most impressed with Daniela, who has been an esthetician for 8 years. She was courteous, punctual, and efficient. She explained everything to be as she did the facial, but without any high-​pressure sales to buy her products. She also educated me on good skin care practices and made my skin feel radiant. I felt like I was glowing for the rest of the evening. Great job!

I had an AMAZING facial with Deb Shanks. It was an anti-​aging facial that I bought on inCrowd. I was so excited, because I was able to book an appointment for the very next day! I was in desperate need of some relaxation time and Deb was just the most amazing esthetician I’ve ever been to. I live in downtown Denver, but I would for sure drive to Highlands Ranch to visit her again.
The salon is a complete surprise. Nothing what I expected walking into the middle of a shopping center. It’s underground and so much more than I expected. I was immediately greeted and given a glass of wine while I waited and filled out paperwork. Deb was very quick to greet me and take me back to the facial room.
She was very knowledgeable about the products she was using and pointed out directly what I can notice after she used the products. All the products she used were organic and very gentle on my skin. She didn’t try to sell me everything she used, so that was very nice. I would like to buy something from her eventually, because the product were all amazing. I plan on making many more trips down to Highlands Ranch to visit Deb and maybe check out some of their other services as well!

IRYNA was a HORRIBLE stylest, the laungage barrier makes her hard to understand and worse… she doesn’t listen to you! I grew my bangs out to chin length for 10 very long months (we all know how many months of bad hair days that took me) and although I took time to stress that I ONLY wanted my bangs trimmed in order to keep the chin length showed her 4 – 5 sample photos of the style I wanted she gave me the WORST HAIR CUT I have ever had!!! Unfortunatly after 30 minutes of her snipping away she ends up cutting my bangs away to the eyebrow. UGGGHHHHH! I was so upset… I cried before I left the saloon, all the way home and then some.
A bad situation made worse by a thoughtless owner. After leaving the salon I called to speak with the owner. I did not want a refund or future discount, only wanted to voice my frusteration about Iryna and ask to be referred to another stylist in the salon that may be a better fit for my asymitrical hairstyle. Unfortunately, I have left the owner 3 seperate messages and 3 weeks later he has NEVER even bothered to return a single message!
High end prices & services that make you think your are going to a classy spa, but the actual experiance is as low class as ever I have exerianced in a small business and I would strongly caution you to consider my review and the many other bad reviews before wasting your hard earned cash at this joint!!!

Kara is an amazing hair stylist. She is very professional, and goes the extra mile for her customers. Sophear did an awesome updo for my daughter’s father/​daughter dinner dance. I also love the complimentary beverage and cocktails offered.

So, I had to take a few days off from writing this review since I was very worked up about the situation that occurred on 11÷16÷12. Also, the rating I gave is not a reflection on the service, because I never received the service. It is based on the customer service (or lack thereof) I received.
I had purchased 2 vouchers (1 for me and 1 for a friend) from Living Social. I called in August to make two appointments. They told me that they could get us in, at the same time, in November and they would honor the expired voucher. Great! Now onto the events the happened on Sat. My friend and I finish up lunch and start to head over to the salon and I notice that we are not going to make it on time, based on what my GPS says. So I call the salon and talk to Jessica. I told her we had 2 appointments at 1230, but we would be about 10 minutes late. She said something along the lines of ok, see you when you get here. So we get to the salon, walk down the stairs and I look at the big clock they have in their reception area. It says 1245pm. Our bad… we arrived a bit later then we had said. We had to wait to check in (tick tock) because there was a woman and her mother checking in for a hair appointment and then the receptionist leaves the desk to do something with the woman. We stand there for another minute or so and finally check in (tick tock tick tock). We are told to go back and pick out our colors for the mani/​pedi while she finds our nail technicians (tick tock tick tock). A minute or two later one of the technicians who was going to be working with my friend said that we were too late and that the entire mani/​pedi could not be completed. OH and that the technician who was supposed to be working with me left to go to the store. I promptly stated that I had called to say that we were going to be late, and didn’t she get the message. She replied «No I never got any message. Jessica’s been busy at the reception desk.» That is unacceptable, and now I am punished because of lack of communication between salon staff. not ok. The technician got either the manager or owner, not sure who because she didn’t offer her name. I have never encountered a person more abrasive and confrontation than this woman. She would not listen to my concerns as a customer. I told her that I had called saying we were going to be late and her technician told us that she never got the message. She promptly responded that the message had been delivered. So I have one person, who was going to be preforming the mani/​pedi service, that they didn’t get the message and a manager who had only just gotten involved over the last few minutes say it got delivered. Someone is lying. And as a consumer, I don’t appreciate being thrown under the bus to cover up for a staff’s mistake. To make things worse… she accused me of being 25 minutes late and that she would not have her other customers be taken late. I tried to tell her, that we were only 15 minutes late (oh and I had called!) and the other 10 minutes was on their time and I should not be penalized because of that. What did I get back in response… «It’s our policy.» I asked to see the policy in writing. I didn’t get, I just got more attitude (she was really good at it). If there is a late time policy, why didn’t the receptionist tell me on the phone to make sure that we were there within this time window to be able to make our full appointment? I feel that they pull this policy out at their convenience. And, looking at past reviews, it’s something that has been done before.
She also tried to make it clear that the salon was doing us a favor by accepting the vouchers because the vouchers we had were from another Cashmere salon, which apparently had gone out of business. Well, if she had actually dropped her attitude and paid attention to my printed voucher she would have seen that the address on the voucher was for THAT salon. Furthermore, I spoke with a Living Social today and they confirmed the address to THAT salon was the voucher I was talking about. So if that manager or owner is reading this… YOU WERE WRONG! She did offer to rebook our appointments, but you could tell it pained her to have those words come out of her mouth. I could not honestly, as a consumer, walk back into that salon after the way I was disrespected, the lack of communication between staff when I was trying to be thoughtful customer (when we were late), lack of communication of policies to customers, blatantly lying to customers and cocking so much attitude that my friend thought she was going to be physically violent with me. Never ever! If they continue with all of these things, they are going to end up just like the other Cashmere Salon.
On a happier note, we were able to get our nails done at a walk in salon just up the street and had a good laugh with the ladies there. Oh and I talked to Living Social about this horrible experience and because of the severity of how I was treated… got a refund.

HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money on manicures or pedicures! I can do a better job — seriously! It’s a beautiful salon — perhaps they are trying to hide they horrible services! When she started painting my fingernails, there was fuzz from the cotton and she just kept painting over that! I had huge bubbles and fuzz painted onto my nail — and she said it was the color I picked (light pink). I will NEVER go back there again! I only went there because I had a Groupon — and trust me, it was NOT worth it!

Ok, so starting off one of my clients is a hairdresser, I decided to try something new and try out his services. I was extremely irked because my appointment was at 11:00 and the receptionist said he wouldn’t be there till 12:30, since I had taken time off of work to do this I said I would wait. 12:30 comes around and they inform me he’s not going to be there at all wtf?!! You are probably wondering at this point why I’m giving this review 5 stars, well like I said before I had to take time off of work to get my hair cut and was in desperate need. A stylist Carrianna had an availability and at this point, even though I was very wary (I have received horrible cuts in the past). Rest assured this girl is the shit! My layers were uneven and very choppy, more thinned out on one side of my head than the other and she fixed it! Where as other stylists in the past thought I was psycho for voicing my concerns she was very receptive. It was very unhealthy but she some how magically cut off all the dead ends and was able to retain my length. She totally updated my hair and was able to give me some style that complimented my face and my hair type which is very fine and it looks a lot thicker and healthier now. Carrianna is the bomb, if you want a very skilled hairstylist go to her. I will most definitely be going back.

Only go there if you can get in with Danielle! She’s the absolute BEST. Her highlight colors are perfect and her blondes are the best. I have been going to Danielle for 2 years and have never left unhappy. Highly recommend Cashmere– for Danielle! :)

I have only been to one hair dresser here. Her name is Bonnie Fischel and she was awful. She charged $ 145 and totally messed up my beautiful, healthy hair.
The facility seemed nice, but obviously, not everyone is a hair artist. Stay away from this particular hair dresser unless you want to feel lop sided and have weird highlights for a month.
