Experience feminine strength with our imaginative, kick-​ass ballet and dance-​inspired group fitness classes. Our barre workouts quickly trim, tighten, and tone the body by deeply engaging often overlooked accessory muscles through tiny, repetitious movements. Deep stretching follows each series of exercise to give your body the elegant, long, lean appearance women crave. We constantly vary routines in our diverse class offerings, so you’ll never perform the same workout twice.

History

Established in 2012.

When two strangers met on the track at a local gym, little did they know where their budding friendship would soon lead them. Jen, a mother of five with a passion for all things fitness, and Nadia, a mother of one whom loathed working out but grew up with a love and talent for dance, became instant friends. Both with a desire to live healthy lives, they were always looking for new ways to get an effective workout, with one key ingredient — fun!

Jen soon persuaded Nadia into trying their first barre class together, and it was love at first releve. They left the studio that day and set plans in motion to take their new found love and business acumen to open their own high energy barre studio to help other women look and feel their best.

Barre Forte arrived on the Denver fitness scene, and hasn’t looked back.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Nadia, a Colorado native, began dancing as a toddler and spent her formative years enjoying ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and hip hop classes. Later, Nadia applied her dance training and athleticism to competitive cheer-​leading and gymnastics. In her early twenties, she performed in a local burlesque troop and fell in love with the art. Nadia also spent 10 years as a make-​up artist and hair stylist, working with television personalities and print models. More recently, Nadia founded In-​Sight Investigative Solutions, a full-​service private investigation firm, which continues to operate profitably today. Ever the entrepreneur, Nadia is excited to be a part of Barre Forte, where she combines her love for fitness, dance and business. When Nadia is not at Barre Forte, she enjoys traveling and musical theater (really!), and spending time with her daughter, who is a state champion gymnast and competitive diver.
