This business was previously known as Highlands Ranch Accounting & Tax, LLC, but began doing business as Allegiant Tax & Accounting in 2014.

Keith C.

Business Owner

Experience: Keith P. Clark, CPA has been a leader in business, accounting and a tax advisory role for many years. He has served as a manager for several companies in leadership roles and with increasing responsibilities before moving out on his own. Keith has a vision for providing remarkable tax preparation and accounting services along Colorado’s front range.

Education: Bachelors of Science majoring in Accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Masters of Science majoring in Accounting, University of Colorado at Denver.

Associations & Certifications: State of Colorado Certified Public Accountant License #CPA.28 966. Keith is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the COCPA (Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Keith also maintains the CGMA (Certified Global Management Accountant) designation and has been a QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 2009.
