Wow, Mother’s Day brunch was a total clusterf*ck… We were seated and told that our waiter would come in a minute to take our drink orders (4 of us), but after 15 minutes the hostess rushed by and took the drink order, but then 5 minutes later the waiter came to take our drink order. He came back several minutes later with some of it, but my husband’s Mimosa came about 10 minutes later. The food was ok, nothing we didn’t expect. But after eating our first plate of food, then the 2 men with us eating a 2^nd plate, we ended up with a stack of dirty plates on our table and no refills on drinks. My stepdad took it upon himself to go to the bar to get a cocktail after waiting another 15 minutes with no sign of any waiters nearby. The hostess finally came and cleared the plates from the table and another 10 minutes later the waiter showed up and we asked for refills. My hisband, again, didn’t get his drink for about 15 minutes after the rest of us. After he got it, we ate dessert and tried to find the waiter so we could get our bill. It took more than a HALF HOUR to finally get it! And we only got it because I went into the office where the hostesses were cashing out their tills and asked for the bill. Absolutely awful customer service, none of them cared that we’d been there for two hours and at least an hour of that was waiting for them to serve us! We will never waste our money on your services again, you have no clue how to run a buffet! You ruined my Mother’s Day!

Came here to look for a place to hold an engagement party. Spoke to Eleanor and talk about a mean mid western! I wanted to cry bc I felt like she was attacking me and being mean when we asked to come inside and look she didn’t want us to come in! I told her she was being mean to me and she said we were being too persist to come inside! Be warned. Know who you spoke with on the phone and don’t ask Eleanor for the time of day or she will tell you that you have an attitude bc that’s exactly what she told me! Nice facility though.
