Love this place! Such good food and a great atmosphere. Plus my son loves feeding the ducks and seeing the peacocks. Definitely a little pricey tho

Snooks is great! They have a nice selection of fresh, quality meats and seafood. I always feel inspired at this place. Lately my ‘inspiration’ came from their yummy applewood smoked bacon. Thankfully, the market in which they are located sells beautiful Amish tomatoes, crisp Boston lettuce and fresh ciabatta bread. Panfry the bread smeared with some bacongrease(gasp!), assemble the sammich and add homemade maple mayonnaise and you are good to go! I only make BLT’s using this particular applewood smoked bacon, it is medium thick and super scrumptious! The snack sticks sold at Snooks are a crazy good snack, and always fresh. I feel that the prices are fair for the quality of product you get. Sure, it is more expensive than the Kroger meat counter — but it is also a lot better.

Fresh produce, nice deli and bakery department. Some Michigan made items, nice coffees, wines and gourmet grocery section. The meats are very good, too. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. The service is good. Make sure to try one of their homemade soups and you must purchase a bumpy cake, yum!

This is one of the best places to find fresh produce, great wine and a full-service butcher shop that is by far superior to any in the county. Any questions you might have about wine can be answered by Rob, their wine specialist. The people who run the store are always helpful including trying their best to locate a specialty item that might not be currently in stock. They have a large greenhouse next door with a wide variety of plants-including tropicals. Seeing is believeing — worth the trip anytime!

If you find yourself with some time and like to look at foods and food stuff you have never seen before you have found the place! I could walk around and spend the better part of a day in here! It is a one stop shop for foodies, if you love to cook and find new items to use you are in the right place, Fresh produce, Meats, Deli, Baked Goods, and boxed and canned good from all over! Do not just run in spend some time here, you may need to come by your self so no one is making you go to fast! Remember to eat well and to live well and please no chains!

Snook’s Butcher Shoppe & Colasanti’s Produce and Plants are both located under the same roof but I’m unsure of the name they now use. Well this is a review for both. This is a destination visit for some with entertainment on weekends while you shop and watch the train that runs it’s upper perimeter or go outside in better weather to watch the animals outside around the pond. Well this is all a side benefit to the great selection of produce, cheese, wines, gourmet foods, baked goods and Snook’s Butcher Shoppe for meat, seafood and deli items. That just inside the store. During the summer months they have a full nursery with flowers, trees and shrubs. Great place to spend an afternoon or more! I would rate this price-wise as moderate plus.
