My girls had a great time and over indulged pretty good. Payson the waiter was too cute. I think my girls kept eating just so they could get more plates, so he’d pick them up!

Not the greatest food or the brightest staff. I ordered a take out in person and waited almost 40 min for my food.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile; I’m glad I finally did, with the help of my daughter getting a certificate from her school for a free kids buffet! They really do a lot to support schools, and their salad bar is very good. I absolutely loved the combo pizza. Their sausage on that is seasoned so perfectly. I’m happy just to get salad and the combo every time, and their dessert bar was fantastic. I enjoyed the cinnamon as well as the strawberry. I didn’t even make it to the pasta or the soups. You may not like every single thing, but find your faves and there’s plenty! A great value and an asset to the community. Ps I also love that they have gluten free options available. And sign up for their texts to get even more deals!

First time for me. My kids and family love this place. Good choices and an okay salad bar. Please with the overall taste and quality of the food. Would come back again, but not my favorite.

My wife, three children and I visited the Highland location last Saturday. We showed up just after 4pm and it was prefect timing, not busy at all. As we looked for an empty table we noticed piles of dirty plates on several of the tables. After finding a table and starting to choose our food, the pizza looked and tasted as it had been sitting under heat lamps for an extended period. It was warm, but chewy and not much flavor. The salad bar was average, but still much better than the pizza which is what we really wanted. The dessert pizza was a mint brownie and a couple of our kids said it tasted the way play dough smells. Also, my wife’s gluten free pizza was not brought out until we were almost done eating. Very disappointing service and quality of food. Not likely to return or recommend to anyone.

Every time I go here it’s terrible. It’s been a couple months so last night my husband and I said we will give it another try. Well I’m done going there now because it’s crappy every time. First off every time I go in the service is terrible. It’s a bunch of 16 year olds who don’t greet you, or make you feel welcome in anyway. As we started looking for a table noticed a lot said reserved but no one sitting there, a lot of tables also full but a few that were empty but hadn’t been cleared yet. My husband cleared our table for us because I didn’t see any of the employees walking around clearing tables. The salad bar is alright. It wasn’t stocked very well so some things were missing and they were almost out of lettuce. The pizza terrible. Taste like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp forever. With how many people and how busy it was they should have been pushing more pizzas out. Felt like all the fresh ones gone in two second and the ones that had been sitting there for awhile no one wanted to touch. Reason I’m giving 2 stars because the pasta is actually pretty good. They warm your noodles and the sauces are actually good. Also 2 stars because what can I expect from a pizza buffet? Will I go again? No I’m done with this location. I’d rather spend my money else where.

Walking had workers just watching us stand there like a couple of jackasses, nobody came so we left. Apparently they don’t want your business enough help you give them money.

I have never been a picky eater, and will eat nearly anything you put in front of me… but, I was not particularly impressed with the quality of food here. Upon arrival,(Tuesday evening, 7pm), there were a «decent» number of pizzas available… but all except one or two were dry, and lacked sufficient toppings. I found myself choosing what I ate, based solely upon its appearance of freshness. Unfortunately, that left me with the spud-topped pizza(nasty), and the ham & pineapple(ok, but lacking cheese). Hoping to redeem my opinion, I moved on to the pasta bar. …Let’s just say it was nothing redeeming! The cream sauce was decent, but the marinara sauce had the texture of chunky barf, and the taste left something to be desired. To top it off, there were so many small children roaming around, that I felt like a semi-truck dodging deer on a freeway(Don’t get me wrong, children are great… Just not when you’re hungry and are forced to mimic the motor skills of Indiana Jones… just to get from your table to the food bar)! Even with the discount text«coupon», it was not worth the $ 5.55. I had really hoped PPC would improve over the years; but, in my opinion, it has not gotten any better(maybe worse). At this point, I will not be recommending this place to anyone, except, maybe to a mother with very young children, who need a place to let their children release their wiggles. I believe that a simple soft-serve ice-cream machine would top it off nicely, and add to a much needed variety. In order to be fair, I do have three positive things to say about PPC…1). The«bus» lady was very consistent with collecting the plates we were finished with. 2). If you can stand the food, you will not leave hungry. 3). The flavor and texture of the pizza crust, I thought, was quite decent. I really hope that they will get their act together, so that they can stay in business for years to come! I love the concept, and believe that they can improve this location with some minor, but consistent, changes.

Per the offer extended by this restaurant I was willing to give them a second chance. But it would appear the Customer service behind the scenes is no better than at the restraunt. 2 weeks since my reply to their offer and no visible action on their part. Was the offer just a public show for the Unilocal community, with no true intentions of fulfilling the offer? Perhaps I have higher expectations than the average person. I work for an international corporation who’s won the prestigious JD Powers award every year for over a decade for their customer service. You don’t get that award for sloppy service and unfulfilled promises. And since I strive to meet the level of customer service in my daily job to win those kind of awards, I see no reason anyone else in customer service can’t do the same. I wish this company and its restraunt owner’s the best of luck but at this rate I sincerely doubt they will be around for long.

Yuck! Pizza is dry and has no flavor. Salad bar isn’t full and stocked up. All if the food stations were messy. :(

Was at the Highland location a couple weeks ago with family. Was not impressed. Pizza had been out awhile and was dry and shriveled. Took forever for us to be seated and that was with no line and hardly anyone there. Pasta was OK. I may try it again since we were there close to cut off time between lunch and dinner buffet. If I were management I’d pay closer attention to the staff, they were slacking off.

We came early on a Saturday to avoid the rush. The problem is when it isn’t very busy they just don’t put much food one. One trip to the buffet only had 2 pizzas out(neither of which our kids would eat). Garlic knots either never came out or were always gone the second they did if so. The manager said they ran out of food because the workers were late for their shifts. The food is pretty good and we’ve enjoyed it in the past but if you go at 4:30 on a Saturday make sure you aren’t in a hurry.

Family friendly atmosphere here. Friendly staff. Pizza is not the greatest but ok for the price. Be sure to hit the pastas and try their sauces!!! Theyre very good. Dessert pizza and apple beer are encouraged to taste as well.

I guess it’s what you’d expect a pizza buffet would be… wasn’t impressed with the quality or the flavor or pizza and I wouldn’t waste time with the dessert pizza… overall just a «blah» experience.

We went at a pretty busy time and had to wait, which is expected on a busy night. The staff was super friendly and the pizza is the same as at other locations, yummy! This location seemed to only have two types of dessert pizza, where as I’ve been to locations that had more. Also, while we were there, it was insanely hot! Like the AC was either broken or not on. My whole family got really sweaty. That is the only thing keeping this from a perfect rating. Still a family fav when going out to eat

Cheap pizza buffet, with Some decent options on the salade bar. Kids love the desert pizza, as do all the other kids at this place. Employs high school kids who are cute and fun, working hard. They have pizza of the month, made to order. Dumbest thing about the place: one bathroom for each gender, so always a wait and paper on the floor. Greatest thing: kid friendly to the max.

Imagine chucky cheese with a salad bar, and somehow even more screaming children. The salad bars descent, the pizza is mediocre as is the pasta. My wife and I still go here on occasion and its cool they have a number of gluten free pizza options! And some unique toppings as well. But it seems like everytime we go in there they’ve raised the price again.

I love the variety and there are lots of original pizzas. The flavor is good, but the crust is waaaaay too tough. It’s obviously overcooked. The salad bar is where it’s at. Always fresh and very clean. Good variety here!
