Major Brain Freeze Yogurt

This place has THE BEST toppings selection! Including a ton of fruit! :) also love all the dairy free choices and flavors so this is usually my go to froyo place.
However, the seating arrangement could be way better both inside and outside, Also they only have 1 cup size choice (size ginormous) no other sizes in stock. So –1 star for that.

Not very good, guys. Did you ever stop to consider cleaning the floors, let alone keeping the topping areas clean and neat? We chose going there over yogurtland, but it was a mistake. Especially for the area where this store located, I felt a huge let down for the $ 13 we spent here. If this were my store I probably would have fired everyone working there, because tge appearance was so bad. Unfortunately no one treats others’ investments like their own. That is why I don’t run a yogurt shop because sadly this is tolerated from kids who’d rather not be there anyway and they still manage to get a paycheck. These kids should feel ashamed collecting a paycheck for not doing what they’re paid to do, which I’d the equivalent of stealing. It does not matter where you work, but you should go everyday expecting to be the CEO, and you just might become one… one day.

Ok, this place has gone downhill considerably since its first opened. The place is messy, toppings are mixed and containers a mess.
They really should have two vanilla machines, most popular and always always always out or over used and poor product coming out of it. Sacrifice the less popular flavor and change it out I another vanilla.
Customer service is hit and mis, typically never see the same people working there.
Price is average. A little competition would maybe require them to step up their game.

FroYo! It sounds fun. it tastes fun… it IS fun! Heck, its even good for you. How can you go wrong here?
The answer? You pretty much can’t. Major Brain Freeze Frozen Yogurt (love the name!) is a fun little spot located in the Highland Crossroads Plaza, right next to WaBa Grill. In fact, the same person owns both businesses. If you bring in your WaBa Grill receipt you get a 15% discount here… bonus!
Major Brain Freeze offers around a dozen delicious flavors of frozen yogurt. The selection is constantly rotated around so you’ll always find familiar favorites as well as new flavors to try. Many of them are of the sugar-​free or no-​sugar-​added sorbet kinds, which appeals to my diabetic sweet tooth.
Where the place really shines is in its fixin’s! There all a llllll kinds of dry and wet toppings you can add on; from fresh fruit to boba to candy of all kinds. You can easily go healthy, or not so much — depending on your mood.
Not sure if you might like a particular flavor? No problem! They have little sampler cups you can fill that hold a bite or two (a lick or two??) each in them to try for yourself.
The place is brightly lit and very open and inviting, and usually the staff is very helpful with advice and recommendations. They even have a loyalty card!
Certainly worth frequenting, especially with the hot weather we have here in the I.E.

Had not been here in a few months and decided to stop by for a taste.
Location: Private lot next to Del Taco and Lowe’s.
Yogurt: Lots of unique flavors, however, 2 of the machines were broken and providing runny/​diarrhea yogurt.
Toppings: Messy and disorganized, the toppings were not clean and cross contamination (for those with nut allergies) was coming to mind.
Before, this place was very well run and I would typically give the establishment a ⁴⁄₅ star. However, this last visit was not the best and I was sad because I used to enjoy coming here more often. The set up was sloppy and staff did not seem helpful.
I hope the last visit was a fluke and can provide a more positive review next time.

So many options! There are always new flavors of FroYo. (my fave is Pumpkin FroYo with cheesecake bites)
The toppings are always fresh and CLEAN!
Literally everything you can think of — they have!
The atmosphere is really colorful, and so laid back with bean bag chairs!
Last time I went the bathroom was under repair and smelled like sewer so bad.
That was about 3 months ago.
