i had a situation about my windows, my husband and i went in to speak to a customer service manager. mr luis del risco really took care of us. we are now happy campers… thanks kraz construction

I gave a $ 100 deposit for some work that was going to be done on my house… an emergency came up and I call them to cancel the work and have my deposit returned, they told me I should have cancelled 3 days after the deposit was given (which it was around the holidays) they will not refund my deposit… mind you they never got a hold of me to set up the installation. I was told the deposit was being kept because they already pulled the permit (on work that is not even set up yet) on top of everything else the person I spoke to was arguing with me for 10 minutes! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE… SHADY WAY OF GETTING MONEY OUT OF YOU… will NEVER recommend this company to friends, family or ENEMIES!

They did a very solid job at my Mom’s house. Beautiful windows. Workers were very nice.

They installed windows for me last year and doors this year. I had an issue with one of the windows so I called in and they had new parts and it repaired within 48 hours. Love the free screen repair, my dog once a year tears a screen out so it comes in handy. My utility bill dropped quite a bit so I’m curious to see what it will do now that my doors have been upgraded as well. I’d definitely recommend them if your looking for a professional company and not 2 guys out of a truck.

These guys are the car salesmen of home improvement. I had scheduled an estimate for a front entry door and window and these two guys came in and basically were pitching on how they have the best products and that I should pay more for their products and then pressured me into putting half down now and then the other half even when I said I was not ready to make a decision.

Scheduled an evening appointment for an estimate. Everything seemed pretty professional until a guy showed up not at the scheduled time because he was down the street from us already. Ok, fine. Gave me a price without even looking at the attic and told me I should call my husband to tell him the price. That’s when I should have told him to go away, but I didn’t. Unfortunately, I had already let him into my home (stupid!). He proceeded to give my husband a sales pitch over the phone and pressured him to accept it. Kept saying the price would go up after he left. Husband said no. Guy wouldn’t leave and kept pressuring me. Nothing I said would get him to leave me alone. Basically told me I was stupid for not saying yes. Oh, did I mention I was holding my young son this whole time because when the guy pounded on the door I was trying to get him down for a nap. So now I just want to get my son to take a nap and this guy won’t stop badgering me. I start to get teary because I just want him to leave. Finally steps out and I go back to put my son down, guess what? The guy comes back and pounds loudly on the door a few separate times, even opens the screen door. I did not answer. The whole thing shook me up. I am easily shaken up, I guess, but I don’t deserve to have someone come into my home and take up my time (and my husband’s time) in such a rude manner. Kraz, you’ve lost a customer for life. We’ll be sharing our experience with others.
