I had to come Barstow to Jc Auto because I got enough with the mechanics of Barstow lying to me and over charging Jc Auto has the best custumer service honesty approved their service is 100% guranteed and they are also friendly and they like family thank you JC for the repairs in my vehicle you saved me $ 800 dollars in repairs

We went there after reviewing Unilocal comments and found him to be extremely reasonable in prices. Previously had been to dealer and just felt they were overpriced and found our new mechanic shop with JC Auto repair. They take care of the customers!

Excellent service. I brought my old Rodeo in for a head gasket replacement after it blew and overheated. JC opened the engine block and showed me exactly how bad the damage was. His crew did a great job of getting the head resurfaced and repaired within a few days and at a reasonable price. And to top it off, they gave me an oil change and did a full cleaning of everything in the engine bay. They really take customer service seriously.

Fast, friendly, fairly-​priced, and honest. My car was leaking engine coolant and Tom Bell Chevrolet quoted me over $ 1000 to fix the leak by replacing the water pump. JC tested the system and found out that I only really needed one small connecting part replaced and was able to fix the leak and a few other small issues for under $ 200. The car runs great now and hasn’t leaked a drop since!
From now on whenever my car needs something I’m taking it to JC’s first.

I difffently would recommend going to jc auto shop he knows what he is doing. There was a whole lot of repairs i needed done and jc fixed my entire engine practically now my car is running like brand new again. I didnt have all the money to pay him, but he still let me take my car home as soon as the repairs were finished. He help me out so much I paid him the rest of the money after but I tell u no other mechanic would of done that. Thank u jc I truly appreciate all the hard work and everything u have done for me and my family.

1−16−15, I really like having my work done here at JC’s, but be prepared to wait, I guess that’s the price you pay for quality work at a good price, this shop has taken care of me on walk in and emergency situations, but an hour and a half for an oil change when you are the second person here is a little much, so be ready to wait! Great place tho… I’ll be back

Took my Toyota pickup here for smog and some tune up work. Chose it based on Unilocal reviews, as it seemed like a fair, honest place. Not disappointed, in fact will be back anytime I need general car repair. JC, as the owner is called, is an honest, attentive and knowledgeable mechanic. I’m positive I would have spent much more elsewhere, and with less satisfactory results. My truck is a great vehicle, but was suffering from sitting far too long without use. I barely got it running with my basic skills, and JC brought it back to life. It runs better than it has in years, passed smog with ease, and the charges were very fair. I own five cars, so JC will probably see me every time one needs some loving care. Trust this place, don’t let the location spook you. You will be happy.

Back again for a front brake job and crankshaft positioning sensor. JC got me in right away in the afternoon and picked up the next day. No problems and its all good. Very affordable.

Great people! Juan is as fair and honest as they get! I highly reccommend them for your repair and smog needs. Took my car there last week for smog. It passed, and the total bill due was $ 29.00. Why pay double anywhere else?
