I have a friend who detests Huddle House, and I could never figure out why… Well, it’s a model of food service mediocrity. We went here for a late Sunday morning breakfast. We waited a half an hour for our food. I initially thought the server must have lost our order, but other diners had equally long waits. Plus our server seemed pretty good at her job. I’m thus convinced it’s just a tremendously inefficiently run restaurant. So the final analysis: everything about Huddle House is just OK. OK food, ok(but slow) service, clean enough. It will probably never be our first choice for eating out, but it’s not so objectionable to be labeled bad.

They nailed it today and Becca was wonderful. I was starting to wonder if they would ever get it right again, today they succeeded far beyond my expectations. Apparently someone has taken all these bad reviews to heart.

They’re as good as any other huddle house I’ve been to. Don’t deserve poor reviews any more. Have improved, it seems. Not very busy, but very good service, quick with standard meals, worth trying again. Just found out they’re under new management, so give them a try!

A truly terrible restaurant, in just about every way possible. My wife and I went in for breakfast. Nobody greeted us, so we finally found a clean table on our own(most were still dirty). The waitress was unpleasant, the service was horrific. It took around 20 minutes to bring our drinks, and for them to finally realize they were out of lemons. I never got a refill on my coffee, even after asking twice. We also had to ask for jelly & butter for the toast(which was so stale I’m pretty sure it was left over from yesterday), and we had to ask for silverware after the food finally came out, and we had to ask a cook to bring us a soda, after waiting more than ten minutes. Do not eat here unless you love horrible service and bad food.

Everything here tasted frozen and just warmed up in a microwave. Soggy and bland food. Go somewhere else.

I’ve never gotten good service here. Went on a Memorial day morning. The place was busy but there were empty tables. Obviously the manager did not think to staff for a busy morning at one of the only places in Highland to get breakfast. The owner walked out of the back of the store once saw the chaos and turned around to go back.

A breakfast place that doesn’t do Pancakes??? My daughter was disappointed. Overall though the food was decent and the service was great.
