Worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. I have complained to the owner before that the staff is untrained and can’t make a good cup of coffee to save their lives. They never get the order right cause I don’t think they are paying attention when they take the order. Half the time the sign isn’t even on so it looks closed. I refuse to go here and drive out of my way to go to another location.

Everytime I come to this Dunkin they mess up my coffee and are extremely rude. They never greet you in the drive through and always seem to have a bad attitude. I used to have a pleasant experience here when one certain employee worked, but I do not think he works there anymore. I would just like them to be polite and get the order right for the 5 minutes I’m in the drive through.

I don’t typically complain about food service employees because I’ve worked in food service. They were very rude while taking my order in the drive thru, when my friend and I received our coffee they also managed to give me plain coffee instead of mocha peppermint, what I paid for. At least if they are going to act like they know everything they should try to get the order correct.
