Established in 2011.

We opened our doors in June 2011 with a starting enrollment of 80 students. At our peak, we’ve coaches and trained over 950 students per week! We have over 20 school cheer teams who train at our facility, to include Breese Central Varsity Cheerleaders, the reining IHSA 2014 & 2015 back-​to-​back State Champions!

Meet the Business Owner

Jennifer O.

Business Owner

Jennifer is the Owner & Gym Director of Core Elite. She retired from the US Air Force in May 2009, after 22 years of service. She has a love for the sport of cheerleading and realized there was a need to improve tumbling skills so that the Southern Illinois Schools could be more competitive at the State Level. She is married to Frank who also retired from the USAF after 28 years. They have two children, Bobby who is on active duty in Marine Corps and Shannon, a Competitive Cheerleader at Lindenwood University, St Charles, MO.
