This place is the worst!!! My ex-​wife and I decided to sell our rental in Orange County. Her mom’s husband is the manager here, so we listed with him. What a mistake! The house has been a rental for 8 years and needs many repairs so it was priced to sell quickly @ $ 624k. Ya, a nice rental!
Before listing we talked about another local agent helping our agent by taking calls and showing the house. That never happened. The manager/​broker Jim was so lazy after listing our house that he just referred other agents and buyers to my tenants to field phone calls and show the property. My tenants! The same people paying me $ 2,650.00 a month rent for the last 4 years.
Long story short, it was the start of a dramatic sale with numerous lies told and games played by our agent/​broker during escrow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
