All of our reports are state of the art, computer generated and include several high quality photos. All aspects of properties are inspected, including structures, electrical systems, plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems, attics, roofs, interior rooms, including appliances, exterior items and grounds. Pools and spas are also inspected upon request. Our inspection reports are easy to read and straight forward. Reports are delivered via e-​mail within 24 Hrs. and followed by a hard copy upon request. Our services have been utilized by the top real estate agents and their clients for over a decade.

I found this company online through Unilocal.I’m always skeptical of reviews from here so I got a 2nd opinion on Facebook… I was referred to the same company. I’m not familiar with property inspections but of course I want to make sure my forever home is in tip top condition. Mr. Close was amazing! The process was seamless. He was able to work around our schedule, showed up on time and his work was thorough and professional. I had the inspection report in my hand the next day… not even 24 hours later!!! We were very impressed with Mr. Close’s professionalism and attention to detail. My realtor was to impressed, she’s keeping his card to use him in the future. Thank you Mr. Close!!!

William was so professional and knowledgeable I realized from the first call I made to him. He came out to my house currently in escrow yesterday, that myself and wife are purchasing. He welcomed me to join him on the inspection so he can point out any issues with my own eyes. I was new to the process so decided to go. Ill say that I started off following him like a puppy dog, but after the detail and effort of him climbing, ducking, moving and inspecting EVERYTHING! I ended up sitting down feeling confident William was the real deal! After the inspection there was one area that drew concern and he advised the seller and myself in great detail why and how the problem was started and how/​what direction we should go contacting contractors to come out and estimate the repair.
After the inspection, he followed up with wanting to know if I had any other concerns or Q’s. I had the inspection report within a few hrs (photos, remarks, concerns, and summary).
This is our first house and should we purchase investment properties or ever move I will be contacting William from Close-​Up Properties to work together once again!

William came out yesterday to do an inspection on a house we are buying. He came highly recommended by our Realtor and we were not dissapointed. He was very friendly, answered all of our questions and was very thorough in his inspection. We left the inspection very confident with his work. Then to my surprise, he also had a quick turn around with his report. He emailed a copy to my Realtor, but also cc’d me on it so I would have it as well. All in all, my husband and I would highly recommend their service.
