History
Established in 1997.
After successful openings of Café Venezia and Café Borgia, Chef Anthony decided to venture off on his own.
Backed with kitchen experience at the world famous «McCormick Hotel“in Chicago illinois, he served an apprenticeship under Certified Executive Master Chef «Haakon Blanken».
An opportunity became available as Chef Tom Porter of Highland sought to find a new owner for his property that housed the famous «Highland Custard Shop» and «Porters House» as Tom wanted a business that would serve the town of highland well and the rest is history.
Anthony still has the drive and passion for his customers as he did when he opened 17 years ago and looks forward to bringing the café well into the future and he thanks you for making that possible.
