History

Established in 2006.

Wendy Cohen has worked in the luxury design build real estate arena for over 23 years. Her experience spans a variety of disciplines including residential architecture & design, custom building, remodeling, land development, cabinetry, second home vacation communities, service, warranty & home maintenance and residential real estate services. She served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and a member of the Executive Management Group for Orren Pickell Designers & Builders. Until June 2006, she managed all Marketing, Advertising and Sales that supported seven profits centers, 60 million in sales revenue and 120 employees. She graduated with high honors Magna cum Laude from Michigan State University, East Lansing with a B.A. Degree from the Business School with a specialty in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management (HRIM).
