I had a very good car-​buying experience here (Jan 2015). I highly recommend working with Bob Szramek — easy to work with, no games, and really seems to want to make the process (and price) fair.
Also had a good first Service experience here — they did the right thing.

First of all, the sales and service staff at this dealership is fantastic. I have purchased two cars from them in the past several years and Alex, my sales consultant went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This included showing up on his day off to deliver the car to me, answering any questions and even getting a balloon for my 2-​year old. The sales manager, Karl was excellent as well. Very professional and courteous during the entire purchasing process. Since purchasing my first car with them last year I have also had the pleasure of dealing with their service department manager, Molly. She was great likewise, even saved me money with some coupons (and I didn’t even have to ask).
Why the 1 star review then? My last interaction at the dealer before driving off in my new Subaru was with the finance manager, Al Svita. He is a complete scum of a human being — rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. The direct opposite of the rest of the wonderful staff of this dealership. I ended up leaving angry and completely irritated. He ruined the entire buying process. Mr. Muller, if you are reading this review and wondering how to improve the quality of your service and increase word-​of-​mouth marketing for your dealership, the answer is very simple — fire Al Svita. He needs to be kept away from any customer-​facing job role and possibly from people in general. Otherwise, you will continue getting terrible reviews and losing sales.

I wish that I could report that things are significantly better but not so much. They have completely and thoroughly dismantled the service department and all the personalized attention is now a thing of the past.
Brought in my new car today for service (it didn’t need much) and though the service was friendly enough, nobody seemed particularly experienced. This certainly gives me pause. While under the old service professionals I was confident that that they were knowledgeable and cared about my vehicle, I didn’t leave similarly today.
Today was a simple oil change and tire rotation, let’s wait and see (hopefully never) what happens when something more serious needs fixing.

I scheduled a test drive and showed up ready to go, on 1÷11÷14, however the salesperson I had the pleasure (coughs:sarcasm:) of working with wouldn’t stop addressing my 15 year old daughter, as if she were buying the car, with all the details about the vehicle. I specifically said «I am here to test drive a car’ I NEVER said I was car shopping for my daughter that doesn’t even have a license.
Sooo…with that all being said I didn’t have much time to spend on negotiating or haggling a price because I had someplace to be (on this day I had places to go and people to see). The awesome (more sarcasm) salesperson insisted that this process only takes minutes so I gave an offer and it only took a few minutes for them to say no. lol Go figure he was right about that, however what I didn’t understand is when he told me that if the car doesn’t sell within a week it will go to auction.
The auction price they want to get for the vehicle was the same amount that I offered. YES!!! I offered $ 12,000 but the A-​hole (no sarcasm) said it might sell for between $ 12,000−12,500. They are holding out for the extra $ 500 even though I already had a check with me from my credit union (I did mention that but it was ignored).
I left confused and annoyed but still had a good a day.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We worked with Eugene and he was such a nice and non-​pushy salesman. He worked with our budget and made the whole process easy and stress-​free. I definitely recommend muller auto group!
