Marius Geykman’s in-​home private lessons specialize in force-​free, positive reinforcement training principles. Using Clicker Training, the sessions result in a positive and fun experience both for the pet and human alike. Any creature, whether a dog, cat, dolphin, parrot, fish, mollusk, horse, llama or person, is more likely to learn and repeat actions that result in consequences it desires and enjoys.

Clicker trainers provide consequences desired by their animal in exchange for actions or behaviors desired by their trainers. We call these consequences «reinforcements», or commonly, rewards. Clicker training communicates precisely which actions will earn reinforcement by using a consistent sound to «mark» the actions or events we like. That marker is often the sound of the clicker.

In the winter of 2011 Marius enlisted at Karen Pryor Academy and after much hard work with his dog, Kit, the following summer Marius became a Certified Training Partner. Nothing brings more joy to him than seeing the communication skill between animal and human increase as well as the enthusiasm to train.

After opening Snappy! Pet Services, Marius now offers dog walking, dog park visits, photography and training to all pet owners. Marius has felt the spiritual and psychological benefit that has come from increasing his human-​animal bond with his two dogs, Kit and Cleo. He now enjoys every time he can share his knowledge and how to increase the human-​animal bond by using positive reinforcement and force-​free training practices with others.
