McKenzie Motors

I have had my vehicles serviced by McKenzie’s for quite a number of years. In recent years my Dodge pickup has been my work truck and always seems to need some kind of repair immediately prior to a work project.
It’s not unusual for me to plead my case for a speedy repair so I won’t have to rent a truck and the guys at McKenzie’s will get the job done in timely fashion. How many times has your mechanic broken your heart and wallet in one swift move.
Not at McKenzie’s, they are diligent, stand behind their work and when my exhaust decided to pack it today at 12:30pm… I got the call that it was repaired at 1:50pm, that’s an hour & twenty minutes. New exhaust.

McKenzie Motors helped me replace a radiator and a/​c condenser in Dec. Also a headlight.
In April the radiator was overheating, and my local Pep Boys said the radiator has a crack in the seam and might be because a faulty radiator was installed.
Now it’s May and my a/​c isn’t cooling. Didn’t think to check it this past winter, because it’s already cold. Could McKenzie Motors have installed a faulty a/​c condenser as well?
When I called multiple times to ask about any warranty information on the radiator, they said someone will get back to me, or let me ask my manager, or probably nothing is covered but let me ask.
Headlight still works!
