Erica C.
Manager
Erica has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for thirteen years. She started with the company in 2012. She believes that the nature and character of the developing child begins in early childhood. She enjoys being a major part of the molding of the developing child. Erica started as a Floating teacher and has worked her way up into administration. She makes it a habit to spend as much time in the classroom as possible as she observes the working minds and creativity of the children, as well as the staff.
