History
Established in 2006.
Joe Gisi started cooking with his grandmother Wagner at a young age and took a great interest in his cooking at age 16.
Joe started with the french restaurant Lauberge Bretonne where he studied under Executive Chef and Owner Jean Claude Guillossou for ten years. He met his wife Dana in 1985 when she began working there. Since then, Joseph has worked at restaurants around the area including Cherry Hills Country Club, Café Renee, Frontenac Hilton and the Cheshire Inn. He and Dana have worked together for more than 15 years!
Joe was introduced to Harry Belli in 1993 in February of 1994 was hired as Executive Chef at Harry’s Downtown… the only Harry’s at the time. Since then, Joe has operated Maggie O’Brien’s and has opened Harry’s West and Harry’s East for Mr. Belli.
In more recent years, Joe has spent his time at Harry’s Downtown and West creating menus and daily specials that are changing with the seasons and the modern trends, paying close att
