Natuzzi Americas

This is the worst customer service I’ve seen in the industry. I am an interior designer in Michigan and really like Natuzzi furniture, but for some reason am unable to order it. I have been trying for over a month to order a Revive chair for a client and if I’m lucky enough to get a call back I just get passed around to different people at Natuzzi and no one is able to take my order. I called here a few weeks ago and was told to call the NYC store. Then the NYC store told me to reach out to the Chris Phillips the brand manager. He never responded to me but did have a rep in Southern California contact me, but he couldn’t take my order either and told me not to call him again. I’ve made more calls since then and still have no idea how I can order this chair. The majority of the time I call the showroom the call forwards to somebody’s cell phone voicemail. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to order furniture. So disappointing. If my client wasn’t in love with it I would have given up a long time ago.
