It probably loses a star because I will not dine in with family. Food is by far the best in the surrounding 100 miles. Any meat is delicious! My favorite is the seekh kabab. Chicken tikka masala was slurpious!

The food is fantastic, but is this really a business? My dad and I love Indian cuisine very much, and we decided that we would try this place out. We walked in to find something astounding, but not in the positive sense. Upon arriving we noticed that there was no hostess stand, no one that seemed to work there, and the lights were virtually off. The only thing that drew us in was the buffet in the middle of the restaurant that had hot food on it. There was a gentleman sitting alone eating off of a paper plate with plastic utensils and a can of soda. We approached him and asked what the deal was. He informed us that it’s more of a serve yourself kind of place. The price was located at the back of the restaurant, and we had cash, so we decided to enjoy. The food was alright for Indian food; certainly nothing mind blowing. Although it could have been great, but the experience of eating it made it lacking. We never did see anyone that worked there, but heard someone rustling around in the kitchen. We ended up eating, and leaving $ 20 just laying on the top of the cash register. I do not plan on returning, as there can’t possibly be a more awkward dining experience.

Great food but lousy service! I wish the owner ran things more professionally! The place has so much potential but is being ruined by the owners!

This place is quite a disappointment. The kebabs are fairly ok. The chicken curries aren’t good at all, made with lots of yogurt and no real good spices. The lady working cannot speak english, Urdu or Hindi!!! I tried the chana chaat and it was not good at all. She made it in a plastic container, stuck a spoon in it and brought it to me. I asked for plates, napkins and an extra spoon for my sister. Stay away from the Biryani, bc it is not worth it and not good tasting. The buffet consists of ok food and a lot of ghee(oil) drenched in everything. Ive been four times now, and had their catered food at weddings too. It’s not worth the prices and it would be a surprise if I ever went back. HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT!

This place offers authentic Pakistani-Indian food. The dishes were pretty good. Really liked the Goat Curry, Biryani and Chicken Kebabs. The place could work much better with some lively customer service and proper maintenance of the restaurant.

The food is fantastic and fresh that’s all that maters to me. If you like it hot you’ll like it here.

What the previous reviewer said about the mysterious lack of service is true, but we had to check in and say that all of the food on the lunch buffet is really quite good. The steam table was also clean and well maintained. It really seemed like it was an operation catering more to expatriates, so we assumed we didn’t understand the customs and just enjoyed the food. Worth it.

The service is not great but I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful and tasty lunch buffet. The food was fresh and nicely spiced. Don’t know the dinner service is but lunch is great if you don’t mind being ignored by the staff.

Read this, before you judge the restaurant by my rating. Best Indo-Pakistani food in the Triad. But sadly, for service you can give a 1 star. This is more like a Chinese takeout place, but only for kabob kind of food. A real«Desi» person looking for some good food wouldnt mind this at all. (For the sake of my american counterparts, «Desi» is the slang term for a person from Indian subcontinent which encompasses India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh) If you dont care about service and fine with a hole in the wall restaurant, try this place. Food-wise, you will NOT be disappointed. I would not go here for a fine dining experience, but to stuff my face with food? hell yes I would. Its the greasy spoon equivalent of Indo-Pak/Punjabi food. Lunch buffet is good but even dinner food is good actually. Things to try: Regular Kabobs Boti Kabobs Tandoori Chicken Rotis are almost always fresh Biryani is decent but its more of a side item here with the meat dishes overshadowing it Almost all vegetarian curries are great with rotis. Couple of Tips: Just dont wait to be seated. Walk in, seat yourselves Go to the counter if you want to order. If you can speak Hindi, you can get by better IMO. If you are looking for a place to eat different types of «meats» this is not for you If ambiance/service is important than food, this is definitely not for you Try the buffet first so that you can get an idea of what the food is like. Rating: Food: ***** Five Stars Service: * One Star Overall: *** Three stars Lastly, the previous guy that reviewed the place(Aslam??) said Indian language is Urdu, and Im pretty sure its Hindi. There is a marginal percentage of Indian population that understands Urdu, at-most! How do I know? Go figure.

If i Could give this place no stars, i would. We walked in, no one was in there, no one at the counter, no one to greet us. We went to the back, and finally found someone. The lady we spoke to, did not know the indian language(urdu), or english. Had an extremely hard time communicating with her. The dinner menu had no meat dishes, it was all chicken. It was an astonishing experience, and i’m not even sure how they’re still in buisness. I’ve heard that the lunch buffet is descent, but after our experience with the dinner, will never go back, no will reccomend to anyone. There is a Turkish place down the street, called Sumela, go there, thats what we did, and it was great food, and a real restaurant.
