Thomas Jarrell was reprimanded by the N.C. Judicial Standards Commission in 2007 for using his position as a judge to influence a case in which he had a personal interest. I was brought before this arrogant prick in a courtroom devoid of spectators and other defendants after being falsely accused of misdemeanor stalking. He ignored the testimony of my witness and found me guilty. I appealed his decision on the spot and the conviction was later overturned in Superior Court. In my opinion he is nothing but a rubber stamp for the District Attorney’s Office.
