The Studio is a special and intimate group class destination that encourages sharing and interaction amongst students and teachers. Our main focus is to provide you with the ultimate mind/body experience in a comfortable, non-intimidating, safe and fun environment. The Studio offers small group classes allowing you to experience the attention and expertise of private training combined with the motivation and community of group fitness. Our Studio offers several Yoga classes during our weekly schedule and all of our teachers are experienced, certified and are trained and qualified in teaching hands on assists with each holding a minimum of a 200 hour teacher training certificate. Our flow style classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. Yoga philosophy is combined with the physical practice in order to fully experience yoga. The physical sequence may be different from class to class, but always follows an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. Our Spinning® classes offer the best equipment with the official NXT Star Trac Spinners® and state of the art stereo system. We provide a free towel and bottle of water as well as inspiring and certified Instructors who await to guide you on a one of a kind fitness experience. Our full schedule offers Spinning ®, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, Barre, Combination, Strength, One of a kind Specialty Classes and Workshops to optimize fitness, growth, flexibility and cross training.

For over 25 years Dorothy’s trademark zest for life, positive outlook and can-do attitude has encouraged her students into reaching their personal fitness goals. Her upbeat energy and unique ability to make others capture their own moment have inspired the many who have trained with her. Her main focus is to provide every student with the ultimate mind body experience in a comfortable, non-intimidating, safe and fun environment. From Dorothy’s own words, «There is nothing better than a sweaty hug and a thank you from a student after class. Knowing that I have perhaps inspired or empowered a person through my classes to begin a fitness program, find their inner strength or reach a personal goal, keeps me humbled and inspired. There is nothing quite so rewarding.» She always says that the hardest part is getting there. Once you arrive everything else falls into rhythm; your breath, your movement and your spirit.
