As a local company headquartered in Clinton, NJ, Independent Solar’s team brings a unique combination of engineering, financing, community, and construction backgrounds to homeowners’ solar projects. Our NABCEP trained crews focus only on solar, guaranteeing a high level of craftsmanship to every solar project. Independent Solar uses American made solar panels and accessories at the same or lower cost of competitors using overseas materials, providing homeowners throughout Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Warren and Mercer counties a better product at a better value. And, with SREC prices bouncing up and down, our $ 0 down lease program offers homeowners a less risky and more economical option to going solar!

Business Owner

Sean’s engineering and business background combined with a passion to create positive change drove him to start Independent Solar. Today he continues to play a hands on role in sales, in addition to overseeing technology and design.

Sean earned his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Penn State, and his Master’s in Business Administration from NYU Stern.
