Terrible Customer service, they told me a part would arrive in 1 month for my snare from sonor, it’s been almost 2 months now, how can you do this to a person, my snare is pretty much almost shot due to warping now from not having the correct part

This drum shop has decent stock, but it basically ends there. They need to offer more frequent quality drum clinics… The service by Dennis has basically been arrogant and rude for years., but, it’s expected at this point. It’s all about the bottom dollar, and many, not all, may agree. The best is when he tells you«you’re a nice guy», as if he knows you, and then proceeds to give you his special Over-Price on the item you want as if you are stupid. Overall, I’d rather buy my parts online off Ebay… better prices, little to no shipping costs, and no poor attitude.
