I came here for a long time because it was a cheap place to get my eyebrows done. I have officially given up. The workers have no personalities and the customer service is horrible and rude. They don’t greet you I ended up waiting for 20 mins with no one telling me when or if someone would come out to help me. I walked out.

Worst customer service ever. Although they do eyebrows well, the ladies who work there are extremely rude. There are many times where I waited patiently for my turn to get my eyebrows done, while the owner would let several of her friends to go before me even though I came in well before them. One time, I waited over 20 minutes while the ladies were just chatting with each other, so I just walked out and never came back in there.

I’m absolutely peeved by the fact that I had to write this review. And the only reason I’m writing this review because when I had called to make a complaint with the owner. I was told that I could not speak with them.
My mother has been a long standing customer at this place. And it seems that she just wasn’t quite «customer material» when she decided to go get her eyebrows done.
After patiently waiting for the next seat to be open, another customer walks in and takes the seat and no one says otherwise.
Now the problem I have with that is :
Firstly, are you blind?
Secondly, do you not see someone waiting?
Lastly, is it the fact that she wasn’t «Indian» enough to be taken care of?
It is in my opinion, for a business to thrive you need great customer service.
Well, Sana Salon is sorely lacking in that department.
What makes me even more irked is that my darling Mother is a veteran. She has served back to back tours, to make sure were sleeping comfortably in our beds at night.
So next time when you treat people the way you do, think twice. Because it’s a damn shame that this had to happen.

Absolutely the best eyebrow threading in NY – Ask for Jaya! She takes her time, does excellent shaping and is far less painful than other places I’ve been to. Does great waxing too!

I like getting my eyebrows threaded here. The staff is generally kind and they get the job done quick! But try to avoid it when they have bursts of customers, you end up waiting a while. And I hate waiting.
