Never had to wait past my appt time. They accommodated last minute for my daughter to be seen early in the morning with me, which A LOT of doctor offices won’t do. AND idk why there’s dislike against the PA. Sarah was MORE than kind and patient. First visit I had my 3yo and 11 month old daughters. She answered all my questions and my kids left with a smile. Second visit I had my 11 month old daughter and Sarah made her giggle as she gave me all the information I needed. She honestly told me that the allergy patch test is a nuisance bc of how many times I had to be seen. Yet every time I went Sarah was AMAZING and kindly helped me through. She did NOT misdiagnose me. She did figure out as I know it takes time to correctly figure out an issue. I worked in the medical field for +5 yrs and derm consists of a tad more visits. If you can’t handle that, too bad. Suck it up. I do NOT work for them as some may think from this review. I don’t see an issue from the moment I sign in to the moment I sign out.

There is always a wait. I would say half hour minimum even with an appointment. I usually have to wait in the waiting room and then wait again inside. The Dr’s brush you off and you may get a PA for every visit. Also it feels like they rush you out the door when you finally see them and never give you specific instructions with the medicine (I am not a Dr and would like the details-​how many times to apply etc) /​recommend and sell their own products for their own benefit. All to say not going there again.

The staff was not very kid friendly. The PA put too much chemical on my daughter to treat her molluscum. She also did not instruct us to keep arm straight after she painted it in. We will not be returning.

The office is clean and new, with a large waiting rooms and magazines to read while you wait. The reception staff is always friendly.
I love Dr. Slear, she’s so kind and takes the time to listen to you and come up with the best treatment for your specific needs.
I have an allergy to a component that is in a lot of topical steroids and pills, but Dr. Slear takes the time to figure out what medication I can and can’t have by researching them.
Other doctor’s made me feel like there was no hope and there was nothing they could do to help me, I’m glad that I stumbled upon Dr. Slear, she’s amazing.

Be prepared to wait an hour + in the waiting room… And this is with a scheduled appointment. And i have monthly appointments, so i kinda know this lateness is a reoccuring thing. Ain’t got no time fo dat! Looks like I’ll b looking for a new dermatologist soon.
