We are staffed by licensed professionals with many years of medical experience. We are a Physician operated facility and are located in Hickory, North Carolina. All of our equipment is state of the art. All of our staff has the highest level credentials in the area. Our goal is to continue to be the best at what we do and to offer an assurance of high quality services and products that meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our clients.

Vitality was started in 2006 with a desire to offer clients in the local Hickory, North Carolina area a place that encompassed total integrative healthcare.

Business Owner

Grace McLaurin has been practicing in the Hickory area for the past eleven years. She has advanced training in the use of Botox, Dermal fillers, Mesotherapy, and multiple laser systems. In addition, she has experience in Internal Medicine and Women’s Health.
