We offer services such as personal technology lessons, product setup, file transfer, software upgrades, wifi network installation + configuration, personal shopping, and blog + website setup. All at the lowest prices in town. When you need help with technology, call Tech Trainer! We are located inside of Cartridge World Hickory, but we also perform all of our services on-​site. Tech Trainer is a proprietorship owned and operated by Everett Wickham. We opened in October 2010.

Everett Wickham has always loved technology — and helping others. To continue in his passion, he started Tech Trainer, a business that allows him to help others learn about all of the dynamic technology around them.

Business Owner

Everett has loved and been interested in technology (specifically computers) since birth. Additionally, he has been gifted with a brain that is wired to understand technology and how it works. Technology has always been his passion. While he may seem young, he possesses vast knowledge about technology unlike many other people of our present day.

He is a junior in high school and has been employed at Cartridge World in Hickory, NC since he was 13 years of age. Home-​schooling has encouraged him to become even more independent and self-​motivated.

He has given computer lessons to numerous people over the past two years, and he hopes that he will be able help you also.
