History

Established in 2011.

We are a group of clinical social workers and nurses who found a lack of support for seniors suffering from depression and anxiety who were unable to visit a counselor in an office setting. We created a service to meet them where they were at times convenient to them.

It then became obvious that caregivers were struggling with the daily struggles that come from providing care to a loved one. We developed a proven method for assisting caregivers through counseling, behavior management, crisis intervention and community referrals.

For caregivers who lived away from their loved ones or could not manage complex medical and social issues, we created a geriatric care management program designed to coordinate care among providers, ensure medical, social, and fiscal needs are met, and plan for alternative living arrangements, when necessary.

Robert B.

Business Owner

Robert is a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience with families and individuals. He is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and dementia trainer. He is also an Alzheimer’s Advocate, meeting with local and federal leaders to ensure dementia remains a national and community priority.
