History

Established in 1974.

Committed to advanced education and the newest technology, Coke S. Gunter, DDS, and Bryan D. Graham, DDS, provide the residents of Hickory and the Catawba Valley with the very best dental care available in a comforting, caring and pleasant environment. Since earning his DDS degree in 1974 from the UNC School of Dentistry, Dr. Gunter has focused on continuing education in order to provide his patients with the best oral health care. Dr. Graham joined the practice after earning his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law and his DDS degree from the UNC School of Dentistry. What truly separates Gunter and Graham, DDS, from other offices is the experience and skill of their staff. Each member is dedicated to making each patient’s visit to their office both pleasurable and beneficial.

Bryan G.

Business Owner

Dr. Graham is a native of Asheville, North Carolina. After High School, Dr. Graham attended the University of North Carolina where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health. Soon after graduation, he and his wife, Jennifer, were married, and they moved to Nashville, Tennessee where Dr. Graham earned a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. After almost five years, Dr. Graham elected to leave the practice of law and pursue a career in dentistry. He went back to school and received his DDS degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. He and his family, now numbering four, have since relocated to Hickory to join Dr. Gunter’s practice. Dr. Graham and his family attend Ascension Episcopal Church.

Dr. Graham is a member of the American Dental Association, and North Carolina Dental Society, the Western Piedmont Dental Society, and is a member of the prestigious Seattle Study Club.
