History

Established in 2003.

My experience started in the United States Marine Corps way back in 1991 teaching MSDOS and DOS based office applications. In 1995 I started with a computer service company based in Hickory supporting small business. In 2003 I took my past experience and knowledge and formed Comtek. Since then we have been supporting small business as their IT department in the Hickory, Lenoir, Morganton, Denver, Lincolnton, Statesville and other surrounding towns. Now with over 20 years experience and even more with the team of techs and other business relationships Comtek of Hickory has formed we are the choice for your small business. We are looking to be your IT team and create a lasting relationship of support and service.

Being raised in the country working on a farm to my time in the Marine Corps has given me a unique skill set in the technology world. A down home personality with a keen sense of moral and ethical values. An understanding that even in today’s world, The Customer IS Always Right. I have a strong faith in God and believe that He does have a place in the business world. My wife and I where married in 2001 and have two wonderful boys. I believe that by building a strong relationship and understanding of our clients business it will not only build a strong business for Comtek, but also assist in our clients becoming more successful in their business.
