Service was quick, however the food didn’t taste the freshest. 2⁄4 cheese sticks had no cheese in them while you could tell they had be sitting there a while as they were Luke-warm at best. Roast beef was a little rubbery and also Luke warm.

I eat here regularly and have never really had an issue. It taste like Arby’s. Roast beef is always good(for fast food) fries are warm. Friendly employees. If there is an issue they have always corrected it without question.

Aloha? Where’s my King’s Hawaiian bun? This location DIDNOT use a King’s Hawaiian bun for my sandwich, which is a major part of this sandwich’s appeal. Yes, I know the difference suckers. #$ 9robbery Arby’s is running the«Aloha Cowboy» commercial almost nonstop lately. In the commercial, the brisket is piled three inches high and it looks fantastic. In reality, at this location at least, the actual sandwich that one receives looks more like their plain old roast beef sandwich — flat and uninspiring. #underachiever. I remain very pleased with the sanitation rating and the professionalism of the employees, but in the future… I’m going back to the Arby’s on Hwy. 321N. At least that location uses the genuine King’s Hawaiian bread. Aloha, Cowboy. Not so much.

The absolute worst food I have ever had from Arby’s. The roast beef was so thick it was chewy. The fries were so old and hard. The soda wasn’t bad. Will never stop at this one again to eat. $ 14.00 dollars down the drain
