On the Go Grooming

I called this groomer on my husband’s behalf and left a message. In her outgoing message she states that it could take 3 to 4 days for a return call. That wasn’t a problem. When she did return the call 3 or 4 days later, my husband asked if she’d have time to groom a couple of dogs. She said she might and he said he’d call me to see if I wanted my dogs groomed and that he would call her back in 5 minutes. She said that was fine. He called her back a very short time later and it went to voicemail. He didn’t leave a message at that time. He called her again within the hour and it went to voicemail and that time he left a message telling her that it would only be two dogs for grooming, not (potentially) four. He sent me a text telling me that first call he didn’t leave a message and the second call he did. I told him that she’s probably very busy and asked him to be patient with her. That was almost A WEEK AGO and she’s NEVER responded. Well, I lost my patience with her because to me, that is VERY rude. IF you don’t have time to squeeze a couple dogs in for grooming then SAY SO! The reason we called her is because she was recommended by friends. I think our friends will opt out of her services because they’re angry they made this recommendation. I will move on to the next mobile groomer and recommend THEIR services to our ‘mutual’ friends.

Amanda is amazing ! She has a great genuine business here. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dogs with a groomer. My only downfall with her is that she books up so so fast. I Wish there was more then one of her!

Been a client of Amanda’s since she started. She is wonderful with my pups and very efficient! Love that she comes to my home!

How great is this. Amanda arrives escorts my dog out to her mobile grooming and returns him in 45 minutes all finished, washed, clipped, ears cleaned, and teeth brushed. Wow!!!
