I have been going to vision@20/20 for the past 2 years and this is the first time I have received horrible service, I ordered my contacts on October 31st and its December 3rd and they’re still not in. I left a message with legna to call me back after she calls the lab and she never returned my call, same thing happened last week. My contacts have never taken OVER a month to come in. Super unprofessional I will never be returning to vision @20/20 again and will make sure to tell my friends to avoid this optical at all costs.
