History

Established in 2012.

The Parlor Barbershoppe was a dream envisioned by Mike Sio. As a barber with over 10 years experience, he was tired of the cookie cutter style of barbershops in Miami. Shops with 10 – 15 chairs lined up and barbers yelling NEXT! He dreamed of days back when his father would speak of how they would network and relate to other men in the community via their local barbershop. He sought after restoring those once treasured memories in a mans life – for Miami had turned into a fast paced city, he longed for a place where a man can pause everything for a minute, come in and be a man, all while restoring his image and confidence!

This dream was achieved when the Parlor Barbershoppe opened and is still striving to achieve that old time feel!
