I went to this store for service as my phone was having problems when charging. I keep a charger pretty much everywhere so I knew it was not a charger problem but a phone problem so I went to this store… once I entered into this place I was greeted by a lady in the back of the store not by the guy in the very front desk, he apparently was busy texting to greet me. The store had only one client plus me so I thought it would be a simple thing… negative, I had to greet the guy in the front desk myself to get his attention. Then, he looked at me and asked me «what do I needed help with» I said service, he then without continuing to see his texts asked me for the problem, I explained– he then put one charger he had handy and didn’t charge, then he tried another charger and he said it was fine and they could not help me there as he was witness that the phone charged with 1 of his chargers!!! he then gave me the # for the insurance company to call them«to see if they could exchange the phone»…what else can I say? actions speak louder than words.
