PALACIO INN MOTEL

If you want a peaceful carefree sleep with no interruptions, this motel is not for you. My friend got me this motel because it was cheap and close to the airport. It seems like he doesn’t like me. It smells like smoke and mold, and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned this decade. There are cockroaches like crazy, starting at about 10:30 came the noise from the next room, a half an hour of female screaming/​moaning all is quiet, until a knock comes at my door. And it repeats. I ask who it is, with no reply. I look through the peep hole and see a man out there with a satchel. I don’t say anything until he goes to the next room, and does the same thing. 5 minutes later I hear yelling coming from the other room. I wish I were armed in this situation. I’m seriously thinking of leaving to another hotel as I write but am a little scared to go outside right now. So yeah if you are afraid of nothing don’t mind dirty places and don’t mind the sound of STD’s in the next room then you should stay here!

I wish I could give this hotel a minus star rating. It was the worst hotel stay of my life. Hotel is dirty and it smells like smoke, filth, and mold. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They offer zero amenities… Not even shampoo or hair dryer. No coffee pot in room… I attempted to get coffee from the office at 8:55. Both coffeepots were empty… They informed me they quit serving at 9 o’clock so they directed me to a Burger King a quarter-​mile away. Yes the evening manager to call me a cab… He said it would be five minutes before he could call… He was busy playing solitaire on the computer. You also might want to be armed… the place is very sketchy.
