Dr. Orcasita and Dr. Melissa are really knowledgeable in their field and are honest and helpful to their patients. They listen, examine, and diagnose usually what you have on the 1^st visit; and, if they aren’t able to see what could be done, they suggest a specialist from their network, which have been great picks too.
However, I wish the same good things could be said for the office’s time management system. The MAJOR downsides are the scheduling of appointments and the wait to see any of the doctors. To book an appointment, it’s simply down either in office or by phone, though the earliest appointment is most always a month from now.
And lastly, the wait times when seeing the doctor– even with an appointment, the minimum wait time is always between 2 – 3 hours. I can see how the wait could be long if you’re a walk-​in, but definitely some BIG improvements need to be done for the people who’ve had to wait 1 month to see a doctor.

My parents have been going to Dr. Orcasita for over 25 years! He’s a great doctor! He knows how to pin point your health issue and tell you how to resolve it right away! The Doctor is genuinely concerned about your health and remembers you every time you come see him.
The new doctor named Melissa is actually very sweet! Not sure why others are giving her bad reviews. When I can’t see Orcasita I definitely see her! She always remembers me and talks to me about everything and anything! She makes me feel comfortable and not scared to asked her personal things about my health.
The only bad thing about this doctors office is that they are always busy and appointments given are very far out! However, they do accept walk in’s and call you few minutes before to come in. Another thing is every time I go I have to be there about 1 – 2 hours. But I’ll give it to the doctors there they dedicate time with their patients and that’s why it’s worth the wait!

Dr. Melissa is welcoming and all but when I asked about things I was concerned about I didn’t get specific answers. I wish Dr. Orcasita assisted me, but it seems like he’s always busy.

Try to go only when Orcasita is there. If not, you’ll get a lady looking up your symptoms on a computer program. I could have done that at home for free. Orcasita is a great doctor. Too bad I missed him.
