Terrible customer service. I only bought the glasses because i have my own frame. The glasses were really expensive. After 10 days when i went to pick up the glasses they were scratch even though they were still on the envelope. The person in charge of the store was harsh and unfeeling, she didn’t even apologies to me what so ever. It took me more than 5 calls and a lot of wasted time to have the glasses returned to the lab. When I talked about this to a friend she told me that she had a similiar experience in the same place.
